I ordered a desk and it arrived 2 months later but was very poor quality and damaged. Offered a discount 5% which then went to 40% but i had asked for a full refund. This is still going on and i doubt i will get a full refund as i paid by debit card.
This is a total scam organisation they basically take your money and send you goods that are unacceptable i cannot believe they have not been shut down.
Please do not order from then unless you want to throw your money down the drain then as this is the perfect company. I gave a review of one star but even that is not low enough but i had to rate something.

I ordered a glass table. The crate arrived damaged and the table was broken. Litfad refused to refund unless I paid the shipping to return (and the necessary new crate).

This place is a scam.

First of all we purchased a rug for $235 and the product took forever to arrive. Then when I open the package, it does look totally different from what to what is shown on the website I asked them for a refund in return, and they are not excepting that, the actual rug I received is less then $50. I will Websites to buy any rugs in the future and I'm not going to use this website again it is a big scam. Please be careful and do not to my mistake and use this website.

I bought three items from here and they were all poor qualities. Once I opened two packages, there were defects.
Two products were not labeled.
Another product was labeled by a permanent marker. Even they were labeled in Chinese. I contacted the customer service, and they said the highest compensation they could offer to me is 40%refund without any replacement.
The return policy doesn't state that.
Do not buy any products from here. It is waste of a Lotta money and time.
No matter how much their products are cheap. Tbh, compare to the quality, the cost is a lot expensive.

Litfad CS was quick to let me know that they will only provide a 40% credit for an item that was both mis-shipped and defective. Buyer beware.

The product I ordered came 6 weeks after the day of purchase. When it arrived, the box was not in a good shape. When I opened it, I was shocked. Look at the attached images. The pieces are broken, and the nails are all over the place. When I asked for a refund and return it back, this is what they wrote:

The return address is the logistic warehouse. It does not provide customer service or personal visiting reception. So we only accept return via Express Delivery. If you want to return the items, you should pay the return shipping fee.

I strongly recommend you not to order anything from them.

This company's product is made in a very unprofessional way. I ordered the bed, it arrived one month later with terrible mold, scratches, marks with permanent markers etc. Instruction is noy clear at all. I requested the refund, they started saying only 5%, then I fought and they increased to 10%, 15%,... then they stopped 40%. When they transferred 40%, it was not correct amount of the fee. I highly recommend to AVOID this company unless they change everything to keep the business.

Do not buy anything from this company.Merchandise quality is the worst, items arrive broken. BEWARE
Customer service does not help.

We ordered 13 Aug 2023 the Modern Wood End Table with Block Base, Storage & 2 Drawers in Rectangular Shape - 35"L x 12"W x 26"H 1 Natural. SKU: *******369
We would like to warn future customers that this company do not display clear the time of delivery of your items. It is NOT indicated on the item site, but on the page of Shipping Info. When we paid for our unit, we did not realise that our delivery will be after nearly 50 days.
You will not receive any information and explanation from customer service of company and you will need to chase your item in your spare time: to call them or to write to them.
Our unit was arrived in water damage package and the company promised to do 5% discount but we have not received any discount yet.
We also received no building instructions with the unit and had to build unit completely through trial and error.
We would not recommend this company for United Kingdom customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst waste of money ever. Terrible customer non service. $#*!e!

My recent encounter with Litfad has been nothing short of a harrowing experience. We ordered two desks priced at $682 each, only to receive one. Attempting to address this issue with Litfad's customer service has been an exercise in futility.

Despite our persistent emails detailing the duplicate charges and refund request, Litfad's customer service has remained unresponsive for six long weeks. To compound the issue, Litfad appears to operate through a third-party vendor, BAYCHEER, which is equally unhelpful and uncommunicative.

Litfad has repeatedly assured us that our case is "under review," but it seems they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than providing genuine assistance. This entire ordeal has left us frustrated and disappointed.

In summary, I strongly caution against doing business with Litfad. Their dubious practices and lack of customer support have cast a shadow over what should have been a simple and straightforward transaction. Beware of Litfad.

I ordered a tv-stand and a matching coffee table about 15 hours ago and found this site just this morning and thank God I did. First of all, the stuff looks great on the website and prices seem to be where you would expect them for good quality items. But after seeing how items were packed and received plus the terrible quality. I pulled the trigger and started the process of cancelling my orders. What a nightmare, first I was told if items arrived damaged, I would get free replacement parts and if items were deemed unusable, I would get a full refund. I stated that I would rather not have to deal with that entire process as items take about 6-12 weeks to arrive and if something arrived damaged, I would have to wait another 6-12 weeks for a replacement part. So, I kindly asked that both items be canceled and fully refunded. Here is when they started offering 5%, 10%,15%,20%,30% and 40% discounts on my next purchase. No thanks man. No legit company would hassle you with discounts to keep your order placed.

Word of advice from now on with any website or seller you are not familiar with. Download the image of the item you like and do a reverse image search in Google. Turned out my items were on a site called https://www.made-in-china.com/ and the TV stand and coffee table I had ordered go for $30 a piece when ordering 10 or more. So... do you due diligence. China junk is everywhere these days and there is a reason things made in developed countries cost more. Developed countries have manufacturing standards and banned materials and chemicals that would never be put in a product.

Heck at this point I am not even confident to get a refund.

Barstools are nothing like pictured on website. They seem like they were built for a child. No adults can sit in the comfortably. Fabric not attached underneath. Don't feel sturdy. Cheaply made. Very disappointing.

THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS OF ANY KIND. The colors on their website do not match at all. I got chairs with no holes to screw into, so I have to measure and screw all my cushions into the legs from scratch, hoping I build them correctly and evenly. DO NOT BUY! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The quality is junk. Their customer support is a joke. I've been going back and forth with them over how to settle this. I will probably need to request a charge back on my credit card. They are a scam.

Very poor quality, no real return policy, no refund. Avoid this company as they are a scam, they didn't even denied this statement when I emailed them that I found out they have 80% one star reviews.

Ordered their metal XL twin over twin. Opened box to find every single piece damaged and scratched! Also no hardware or instructions. Customer service is a joke, worked for a month to try and get this resolved and they keep coming up with more and more things they need me to do to get my money back. Total scam

This site is a scam you pay good money for your furniture and takes over 1-2 month to arrive to only see that they did not box your desk they just wrapped your desk parks with broken down boxes. Desk was all damaged to horrible packaging. Customer service was no help either they offered 10% discount on a 1000 dollar desk which was inuseable. And they said I have to pay for shipping over 300 dollars if I want to send back. Scam don't buy from this site

Ordered a bookshelf from LitFad. They said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It took over 4 weeks to get here. The shelf arrived in shambles. The box was crushed and the foam was coming out of it in tiny pieces as it had been damaged that badly. It looked like the shipping company shrink wrapped it trying to keep it together.

I tried to get a return set up and after over 20 emails back and forth we gave up. After 6 emails they finally sent me a return address. But in the meantime they kept offering a % off to keep the item. They kept saying we had to pay return shipping and I kept asking for them to show me in the policy. They couldn't do that.

This place is a complete sham. We are out $185 dollars on a bookshelf. Do NOT buy or do business with Litfad!

I received my order, it got missing parts, no instructions! We barely assembled it with our own screws and attachments I have to buy everything separately as it came without nothing! I paid cosmic price for this office piece! I can't even call it desk no more as it came all loose! With missing parts.
Please don't ever try ordering from this site the wait time was 12 weeks and then it took me another two weeks to figure it out how to assemble it! I regret for spending this much money on their website! It comes straight from "China" the quality is very bad, very cheap! It's not even worth a quarter of the price I paid for my order.
