Bought a conference table that arrived all broken up, each box is covered with plastic wrap but all the damaged holes can be seen. The FedEx refused to take it back and dropped it. The website doesn't respond to emails or any which way. I am out of $1,296 USD.
STAY AWAY from foreign websites.

Litfad is a SCAM

I ordered a shoe rack 10.29, for $198.11, paid with PayPal. Confirmation estimated the delivery date of 11.22.23. On the 25th I checked the shipping status and it appeared it hadn't been shipped yet so I reached out to customer service. Now they are saying the delivery date is estimated at Jan 11,2024 and issued a new tracking number. Oh, and they changed the price to $302.43. I wrote back saying I want to cancel my order but they claimed I can't because it has shipped but have provided no proof or that. Of course this is being shipped from Shanghai. I have had only bad luck ordering products I later found were coming from China. I tried to upload proof of purchase but pdf was not accepted.

Crap product and crap customer service

Ordered two pendant lights that took almost two months to arrive. One arrived completely shattered and although one arrived intact, the light fixture itself (neither) doesn't work. When I reached out to customer service, I told them I just wanted to refund and no exchange because I don't want to wait another two months and the product was clearly poorly made. I especially didn't want to wait two months only to have the product not work again or be broken again. They went from 5% refund and replacement up to 20% refund and replacement to 40% refund and no replacement. They clearly do not understand full refund. I've had to escalate to PayPal and I'm hoping they do the right thing. This company clearly does knock offs of much more expensive products and you get what you pay for. This company is a scam and you'll never be satisfied and you'll end up going through the frustrating process of contesting the credit card charges with your bank. Avoid them at all costs.

Nice website but total scam. They will send you a poor quality product. Not worth the money you paid for it and then make the returns process as expensive as possible so it's not economical for you to return. Read the T&Cs it's a scam.

This company is a scam

They advertise products and charge full price but what you actually get is broken and damaged goods delivered, they won't give you a refund, this company is a joke and they scam you out of you're hard working cash. Please avoid this company, I'm now in touch with trading standards and my solicitor as this company needs to be stopped.what we ordered in the picture is certainly not what we received, firstly, it's not black and white, and secondly, all damaged and grey, no feet on for the product, or instructions. Totally scam.

I bought product from litfad, In pictures it was amazing but in actual its come as a second hand all damaged.spend £126 just for damage and second hand product. Never buying again with this company. I provided all pictures at the end they offer just 5/. Its a joke.The customer service even doesn't know how to give offer. I am not recommending to any one. Its just a waste of money and long wait.Never buying product from them again.

This is not a legitimate company and I regret that I did not read the poor reviews before purchasing. Our cabinet arrived in rubbles! The box was torn open with holes, all corners were completely crushed because the manufactured wood is so cheap. Parts were missing. The entire package could only be hauled to the junk because they would not pay to have it returned. They offered 5%, then 10% and then 15% return on purchase and would send a new one but would not provide a refund or return shipping. It would cost nearly the amount to ship back. The packaging is terrible. It is not padded, wrapped and is packaged in a flimsy box. The receipt emailed upon delivery has a whole page about taking photos of damages to report within 48 hours. This alone says they have problems with shipping anything undamaged. They were rude and shrewd dishonest business people. They need to be shut down. Do NOT purchase a thing from this scam.

Oh How I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from this company! The products look fantastic, but of course the one I ordered is out of stock. I've been offered multiple discounts to order something else despite my requesting a refund and cancellation of my order each time. I'm thinking I've been SCAMMED! So very disappointing! UPDATE: After a stern email to them, I have been sent an email confirmation of a refund. Still waiting to make sure it hits my bank account.

Wonderful product

We ordered
Water Resistant Storage Cabinet Glass Paned Standard Cabinet - 17"L x 13"W x 61"H Wicker & Rattan. It came just like the photo in the advertisement. It is beautiful and sturdy. It came with 2 different door options. We loved it so much we purchased a second one in aqua. And we are thinking about a 3rd purchase. Great for storage. The customer service is great. You get an email when it is shipped and then weeks later you get your shipping date and then they check on you to see if you received the product with a follow up email. Easy to put together. Highly recommend!

The quality of the goods they have sent to me are a disgrace. The items look like they've been made from left over scrap materials, with no CE marking on the goods to meet EU standards, + delivered in some old cardboard box. I'm not prepared to take any chance's and fit these wall lights, they are so poorly made I'll end up burning down the house. When you email them for a return address you don't get one. They offered me 5% then 10% discount (ridiculous) I just wish I'd reviewed the company before I bought the wall lights. So it's over to my credit card company now?

I ordered a bed and two "matching" bdside tables from these people online. Unfortunately, I didn't review the reviews before my order. The furniture arrived and appears to be OK. The bedside tables arrived. One had a broken leg; the other was all banged up. Most importantly, they did not "match" the bed per the listing photo; not even close, difference wood etc. Tried to get refund for this and they escalated their offer to 40%, but said no refund unless I "returned" this crap which, of course would cost more than their worth. I escalated to Paypal and they refunded my money.

I ordered a desk and arrived after 2 months all damaged and missing parts! They asked me for pictures! I sent them all the pictures! They told me you can return it but you will pay for the return shipping fee! They don't provide shipping return label! Return Shipping cost is 3 times more at ups than what the item costs! Called them to work it out they don't care about it! They told me you can keep the damaged! Do not buy from them!

My $365 cabinet arrived dented. I contacted them for a refund (since it was also cheaply made and I was dissatisfied) and they engaged in a ridiculous back and forth offering me pitiful offers (a 5% refund?). They are responsive, I'll give them that. But they refused to refund without me paying to send the product back, via express shipping, which would cost nearly half the price of the cabinet itself. They refused to follow their own website's stated policies on returns/refunds. The item was cheaply made for the price paid and had no instructions for assembly. Do not bother with these people. Their products are cheap, take forever to arrive and they just try and wear you out with their bull$#*! so they can keep your money. I had to go through my credit card to (hopefully) get my money back. I can't believe I'm actually writing a review as a disgruntled customer but it really was just that bad! Do not buy from them.

The lights arrived with parts missing and very poor instructions. As we needed the lights by a deadline we purchased an alternative product. To get a refund we had to send the lights back to China at a cost of £65, which would not be refunded. Now the lights have been returned to us by the postal service. All very frustrating. Still trying to resolve, not optimistic.

Their products come from china and shipped on sea so a very long time to wait after you order, the website is deceiving as it only says standard delivery, it doesn't say it will come from china or actual delivery time so when it's been more than a couple of weeks of waiting I asked and they then said the expected arrival time is 3 months from date of order, when I asked to cancel it as I don't want customs taxes on top the wait as well, they were rude and won't give me the refund so beware when ordering. Product is still yet to be received and was ordered October 1st.

Waited a couple of months for order to arrive, box was soaked, item itself was chipped, scratched, dented. Wanted to return, requested a refund, but they refused to pay for the shipping to send back although it was a severely damaged product. Instead they would only provide a discount and replace. Waited another couple of months. 2nd delivered chair, hired a professional to put together, bottom of cushion was damaged, reported to litfad with pictures, they provided another discount. Used for a couple of weeks, I weigh in at 125 lbs, the only one who has sat in the chair. The cushion has absolutely flattened and the chair leans to one side. I have sent pictures of chair #1 to litfad and chair #2. The pictures of chair #2 both of when it was first put together with the damage beneath the seat and how it is now; flattened & lopsided. Originally they offered, 10% discount and for me to keep the chair, then 15% discount and keep the chair. When I refused all, then they sent me an address to ship across the entire country (FL to CA) EXPRESS SHIPPING ONLY! I refused that too...it would've cost me over $100. I then started researching this company and came across complaint after complaint, after complaint on several websites. Now, get this...They've agreed to refund my money if I go on all of these complaint boards, file my grievances and send them the links. I've asked them to confirm this several times, they will not respond but I have it in writing from them. So, here I am complying with their wishes. I must have over 50+ emails...you can't call them...no phone # anywhere to be found! They owe me at the very least $256...that doesn't include what I had to pay the guy to put the chair together. The chair isn't usable and super looking forward to the day that I can just trash it. This transaction has been hell! The pictures to follow is of the chair and the bottom of the seat...looks like mold? I can't seem to copy the screenshot of the email into photos, so I'll have to put it here...
