Impossible to get a refund as they want to to post back to china. Offer up to 50% back.

This company will sell you poorly manufactured good. They will then email you to keep the item and accept 5% compensation. They lie to you and scam you out of your money with no way to get your money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Ordered not realizing that they were based in China. Waited for 2+ months for my product to arrive. Finally received my console table with a cracked marble top - was I contributed to poor packing. The marble top is glued to to the table at the factory so no individual pieces that can be easily replaced. They recognized that and promised replacement piece. Waited another two months for a promised replacement table and top and to my surprise only received the marble top - which they confirmed was not what I should have received. When they insisted to ship me another replacement I said "no I had enough" - 6 months later). Asked for a refund and asked them taking their defective product back. Surprise...received this message today "Our base is in China. You need pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee if you insist returning your order back, after we received the return parcel, we will proceed with the refund.Pls consider again."
I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Be careful buying from these folks. Might be a bit cheaper but not worth the hassle and poor customer service.
I purchased a outdoor sofa on 10/20/2023, it took almost two months to receive the item, the item I received is nothing like the picture in Litfad's website, style and size are different, very poor quality and packaging.I try to communicate to Litfad's customer service that they send the wrong item, but they didn't adjust the issue and lack of response, I wish I can give negative star for this company, stay away
Do't believe the positive reviewed, they are fabricated to balance out the true negative ones so that their stars do not seem 1. One star is too much. It is not luxury product, poor quality products that come in 80 days later all damaged. I ordered a desk that came in all smashed and in horrible quality. Will all the evidence they are still dragging and no refund yet. Google should see that it is promoting Chinese doggy business in the UK.
Following the parcel arriving more than a month after it was ordered I found it to be damaged and of very poor quality and pieces missing. I asked for a full refund. Apparently this company has no respect for customer rights and expects the item to be returned at customer's expense - Litfad said they would ship a new lamp base (65kgs) and would not acknowledge pieces missing. Due to my experience, reading the thousands of dreadful reviews and the fact that the item will not arrive before my movers, I demanded a full refund.
I then receive an email saying your delivery is now complete. Thank you.
This is still continuing. I want a full refund, I have been offered nothing.
Please learn from my (and thousands of others) mistake and DO NOT BUY FROM LITFAD- you will regret it if you do.
We bought a carpet, delivery was in a reasonable time, but the quality is just poor in relation to the price paid. The pictures in the shop promise much more than the product in the end. The carpet material is insufficiently dyed. If the main color of the carpet is actually red and orange, the originally white background shines through in almost every fiber. No refund or return is possible. I can't recommend this shop at all
Do not do business with this company. My product arrived damaged and I contacted the company for a refund and they have repeatedly tried low-balling me, starting with an offer of a 5% refund... we've been going back and forth in emails for almost a week now and thier offer is now up to 50% refund. I have contacted PayPal and started a dispute. I am confident that Paypal will get me my full refund. Awful, awful, awful!
Do not shop from this website. I deeply suspect whether they are a legitimate company. Feel like they should not be allowed to do business here. Their online return policies are posted but are totally ignored by the customer service. They offered to refund 5%, then 10% as if there is no rule or standard. The light I ordered did not meet the standard and could not even cover the light junction box. The product is made with slim metal and cheap plastic, probably less than 1/5 of the value that I paid. Avoid this scam at all cost!
On my first review I detailed my horrible experience with this company, which by they way it was done after I communicated my problem to them and after at least 10 emails back and forth. They replied here that a "VIP" customer service will review my case and get back to me- that has never happened. There has been no review and there has been no VIP communication at all.
They have offered no refund or other resolution other than, " sorry we delivered broken merchandise, we will give you 5% discount to keep it"
Again, safe yourself the hassle and do not buy from them. They are NOT a reputable company by the standards we expect in the US. Do not honor delivery, return or refund polices. Company has no honor whatsoever. You pay top dollar for an item, receive a defective and broken garbage and their expectation it's that you should be ok with it. NOT how we conduct business in the US.
And just for the record- I received a Broken desk- cannot be put together because the pieces are broken, the other parts are dented and the metal bars are stained. I requested a 100% refund and by all means, send a FedEx label to return the defective merchandise I received.
Their answer continues to be the same- sorry, we will give you a 5% - 10% discount to keep it….
Extremely low quality, looks different than on the picture. Never buy from that website. I am so disappointed.

Bought set of bedside drawers. Arrived with no screws to put the thing together, all parts chipped, shoddy, cheaply made, items not fit for purpose. Customer services got to 40% discount if I keep them, obviously told them no. Absolutely Sh*** products and company. I advise anyone to steer clear. They are not interested in sorting out your issues instead they are resorting to offering discounts for you to keep products that are worthless and useless basically trying to bribe you to keeping their products.

We ordered a lamp and it arrived broken. Did not accept to reimburse. Still have not received full refund. Total SCAM. Do not use.
What a truly awful company.
Similar to everyone else on here, goods arrived in separate packages and heavily damaged.
Paid almost £800 for a luxury office desk (apparently discounted from £1600).
When it arrived (3 separate deliveries) and with all screws in what looked like a used envelope, every single piece of wood for the desk was damaged, ranging from small nicks to huge chips.
The quality was awful, the desk looked used like it could be second hand and the damage was significant.
I have now been bouncing emails back and forth for a week trying to get a refund.
They firstly offered 5% refund to keep the damaged item. We refused.
They then offered 15% and to send replacement items. I refused telling them the whole item was damaged, and the quality was not what we expect.
They then went to 40% and then 50% offers for us to keep the damaged desk. But even if the desk wasn't damaged I wouldn't say it was worth half of what we paid. They have said things like "we have no space in the warehouse to take your return" and "if you want a refund you need to pay for the return of the item."
So now I've given up speaking to them, and started a chargeback request with my credit card company.
I've told them to collect the item or we will have to put it in the skip.
It is really terrible, and wish I read reviews of the company before ordering - it's something I would usually do.
I strongly suggest you consider against using this quality for any high quality furnishings. £800 is a significant outlay, and our experience has been the worst I've ever had with a retailer.
Bought 6ft by 6ft book case what i got was 2 6ft by 3ft book case i built them was very disappointed it looks very cheap.
I payed £204.00 was not worth the money i have kept it but i will not buy anything from here again i didnt know it was coming from china took 7 weeks to arrive and boxes were all busted up be careful what you buy
I bought a shower from their fraudulent website in August. I have sent an email about every 3 weeks to be replied with emails that read "be patient your order is on its way". It was supposed to take about 4 weeks and it has been 15 or 16. The last 2 emails they suggested I pay for air shipping to expedite the time to receive the shower. The request for $300 for air shipping was 6,8, & 12 weeks after it had "already left the warehouse and would be arriving soon". Total SCAM!
I ordered 4 bar stools from this company, the product arrived faulty and with a gash in the seat. I contacted them and they offered a 5% discount which I rejected, they then increased to 10% and then to 40%. Shame I can't share a pic as the item was seriously damaged and no way would I accept. They said I could return but had to cover the expense of shipping, customs and even a destruction fee as the stool was not fit for purpose and needed to be destroyed. I have tried to review on their website but have been blocked. Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy elsewhere. My situation is still unresolved and they have stopped responding. Avoid at all costs
THIEVES AND FALSE ADVERTISING! Stay away and don't waste your money! After waiting 2 months I received completely different looking product that is cheap and not worth £10! Product was also damaged as company is incompetent to pack correctly! On top of that customer service is shocking, they don't understand basic English and refusing to refund! Is so ugly and cheap that is going to the bin straightaway, considering legal action for stealing money from me! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
