Avoid like the plague
November 3, 2019

Horrivle customer service. Bait and switch tactics. Inflated manifest values. Almost always missing the high end items you were bidding for. Almost everything they claim as returns are salvage condition. The Garland warehouse is especially bad. There are better options oit there so do not waste tour time on theaw scammers.

liquidation.com wedding dresses
September 17, 2019

I purchased a lot of "Brand New" dresses that ended up being all samples and old stock. These Venus bridal gowns were completely old samples and not as advertised. They scammed me into thinking they were new and current dresses. They LIED LIED LIED.
Don't buy from them and Venus you should be ashamed of yourself for letting these people misrepresent your brand name. You are just as much to blame for a few bucks.

Stay away and keep your money for Good stuff not this junk...

Mafia
August 28, 2019

I ordered a few lots and honestly, I was a little disappointed with stuff. I received so so items. Some of them in very bad condition and few Ok items but the point is somewhere else. I won in a good auction and paid immediately soon as the auction closed to be able to receive my merchandise ASAP but one package never came. So I open a claim on UPS and called customer service to let them know what is happening. They ask me to make a list from the manifest of the missing items which I did in the blink of the eye.
I waited another 8 working days and finally, they closed investigations. The package was never found and they told me that I am going to receive a refund and that's exactly what happened in their next move but because they have uneducated people working I got screwed up. They are refunding me the only shipping cost and nothing towards merchandise. I already calculated the percentage and I had facts in front of me when I called them again to ask how they came up with that number.
Of course, the lady that I talk to had no idea what I am talking about and she was defending her self in the way like I am the one how doesn't know the math and economy calculation in refund percentages. Anyway, I open the case at PayPal with all the facts that I have and Liquidation.com close my account soon as they received an email from PayPal about the case. I called them to confirm that and the lady said that if I ever complain about refund their policy is to close my account and kick me out from the Auction.com.
You know what, I was anyways out of that game but I wanna guys let you know where you going if you traying to do some business on the side.
Everything you see around on the Youtube or somewhere else is paid commercial in my opinion.
Be careful and don't buy from them junk.

I purchased almost 5-items as winner but I lost huge money. They post attractive items to auction but once winner, you have to pay more fees, and finally you will receive bad/ useless/ garbage products.

I lose about $4000, 00 from this fake/ cheating company. I disputed but after a month they refused my disputed.

STAY AWAY!
August 9, 2019

I purchased 2 boxes of merchandise. The boxes were supposed to contain 114 items with a retail value of $3,800 +. One of the items alone, had a value between $700 and $800. That one item is the reason I was bidding on the lot to begin with. After opening the boxes and going through the items, I realized that the "Big Ticket" item was missing. In fact, I had over 50 missing items. I called customer support to voice my concerns. I was told that there was nothing that they could do. I was informed that I should have inspected all 114 items on site. I will never do business with these crooks again. Hopefully I can recoup some of my investment. I will definitely end up in the red. Expensive lesson for me. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Bait and switch scammers
July 12, 2019

Bought a lot of ties from The Tie Shop in Brownsville, TX advertised as "shelf pulls." Shelf pulls definition on the site states items were never sold but may have imperfections due to handling. Received disgusting smelly destroyed ties. Filed a complaint and was declined. Condition for the lot had been changed after the fact from "shelf pulls" to "salvage." Check it out - there are multiple auctions for shelf pulls and none for salvage ties by The Tie Shop. Do not buy. They will send you crap and switch the condition entry to get out of a return and refund of the order.

Buyers Beware
May 22, 2019

Ordered 30 pairs of cute and trendy jeans (mixed styles and sized). Received 30 pairs of Chun Fashions jeans, all the same style and size. Nothing that was pictured. Filed a dispute to return and get my money back and they immediately denied me and de-activated my account (not that I would ever buy from them again anyways).
I've tried to upload picture but this site isn't letting me.

The sellers on this liquidation site are allowed to say anything about the product they're selling... trying to unload is more like it. Everything is a lie, right down to what's even going to be in your shipment when it arrives, and liquidation.com does nothing about it. It's next to impossible to get anyone to respond to an email to their Customer Service department. When you call, expect to be on hold for 30 minutes before anyone picks up. Then when you tell them you received nothing but trash, LITERALLY TRASH, they side with the "sleaze bag" sellers and refuse to help.
TRUST ME when I tell you that "quality" is non-existent from any seller on this site. The manifests are all lies.
THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM THROUGH AND THROUGH!

Stay away from this website

I brought Mac Book Pro Touch from liqudation.com, this website status of item is return, its item description is Apple MacBook Pro with touch, but this is not touch bar version and item is heavily used even opened chase of this computer and sell me as customer return it should consider as salvage, all other 2 items are same condition used and should treat as salvage (TTS Mastertune Single Bike Mastertune Kit and Samsung Galaxy edge) I opened dispute against it says it will take "take up to 10 business days to complete" as per their email I called 2 times before 10 days they said it will take 10 days, call after 10 days if not resolved, after 11th day I called them they told I have to wait another 7 days; and explain upto 10 days means more than 10 days!. I seriously doubt liqudation.com customer support team is following bad practices, even I think some listings coming through customer service department or their relatives so they never want to take action against them, company should go through background check for their employees especially only favours sellers, there is some unethical relationship between sellers and costumers support team thats why bad sellers can still sell their items through this site I even think customer supporting team and others who works their have some wrong tie up sell grabaged item under their fake names.

Used to be a good company but no longer
February 19, 2019

Used to be a good company but customer service has went way downhill. Bought 2 transactions. Paid for them. Sent shipping labels over. Called in to confirm and somehow they still messed it up, refunded one of the transaction and charged a $200 fee. The other transaction still fighting to get refunded.

Emails take about a week to get a reply. Customer support seems either clueless or uninterested in working to resolve issues.

Junk
January 16, 2019

I bought a lot of monitor classify as customer return for 1300 on Jan 14 2019. Upon pick up the package at the warehouse I notice the CPU in the package which suppose be intel 8700k with no model number on it all the bin are banned and the one of the high value monitor have no stand, so the warehouse convense me to still pick up the lot and give me a refund of 87.00.
When I got home after some test on the lot NON OF THE MONTIOR ARE working, they all have crack inside and there is no way you can fix those. There are 2600 out of 4000 MSRP are salvage units and I haven't test the rest of the goods yet. All the highlight item in the auction are in salvage condition. I file the online dispute and also call the customer service. The answer I got is there is nothing they can do and my online dispute will mostly be denied since I pick up the package myself. I understand as I bid on customer return there will be some units will not function, this is not first time I bidding on the site. But put a salvage lot and list as customer return is not the right way to do the business.

Sorry to hear about your experience. It appears you've had some success with us in the past, but this one did not measure up to previous transactions. While the majority of returns do have some operational and/or cosmetic problems, depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. From a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. If you could message us here (either through public or private chat) with your username on Liquidation.com we'd like to give you a few 10% off promotional code for your next few purchases.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience with Liquidation.com. From your review it sounds like you won a salvage auction lot, which can only really be used for parts and recommended for professional buyers who can either sell the components in pieces, or uses the remaining parts to refurbish. Because these lots are classified as salvage and include this warning on the auction and bid confirmation steps, we do not honor disputes as these lots are sold as-is, where-is.
