I did not receive my swimwear. They returned it back to China after it arrived at the local Post Office in Darwin, Winnellie. No effort made to deliver it to my usual place of work. I was very clear about the details of where I work and I have had many items delivered there before. NOT Happy Jan! WHen I went on their site, it was impossible to try and contact them and they never returned any on line messages I sent. Do not recommend LINKSHE to any one and will never order again! Angela

If you used paypal or paid by credit card they will get your money back for you. Do a full report of all dealings with them and pictures of the items and send to whoever you paid through. They will address the situation for you

Been waiting over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. They took the money from my account immediately though. Tried to find a way to contact. Realized I never got an email direct from them confirmimg my order. Just a paypal response that the 38$ had been taken by linkshe. No order confirmation number. Not even a description of what I bought. No contact info. Nothing. Went to the website and filed out a ticket to complain. After logging into the website under my account it shows no record of me even placing my order. No record of it shipping. No confirmations. Nothing. Finally got a very poorly written, terrible response that said my order is "on its way" to my country. We'll see. The only way to contact is this "ticket" thing which works horribly. No email or direct contact option. I am betting I will never see my order... and am already disappointed even if i do. After researching this company... i expect a very poor product... thats IF it ever arrives. Willing to bet every positive review of this place that you might come across on here isn't authentic. Every one I read sounds extremely made up and ALL explain how wonderful and easy the customer service is, how "not cheap" the clothing looks, how FAST they got their order. All of them poorly written in terrible english. Very obviously reviews made up to try to help save their failing reputation. Very disappointed.

Ordered a dress for a wedding on 9/6/2017 and paid for it to be expedited, needed it for 9/23/2017. When i tracked the package it was going to arrive sometime in Oct. Not the 7-10 days i paid for expediting. I asked them to recall the package and refund my money, they told me to refuse the shipment and I did, it has been sitting at DHL for a month, DHL advised me the shipper(Linkshe) requested the package be destroyed and I still haven't received my money! How can you destroy a package without refunding someones money? Now I have my bank and DHL helping me with this. My bank is filing a claim, which I just finished with and DHL is contacting the shipper(Linkshe) and will call me back within 48 hours. I suggest everyone who has not received their money back to call your banks and file claims against this rip off company.

Paypal will reimburse shipping back if you have proof. I just received full refund yesterday for my order after about 1 hr of arguing with PayPal and going up the chain of command until someone had power the authorize refund. This morning I get message through linkshe site, that they are issuing refund. Took up time but justice prevailed
I ordered two swimsuits in September. They were supposed to arrive on Sept. 29th. The email with the tracking number for delivery disappeared from my inbox but not their other emails trying to sell more. Does anyone know who ships for this company
On Sept 9 I ordered 2 tops from Linkshe. Have still not received these items. When I try to access my account I cant. There is no phone number so I can't confirm order even though the items were charged to my Visa. Very upsetting.
I ordered a top that looked gorgeous in the advert. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It was horrid. Cheap and ENORMOUS! Their web site is designed to confuse, when it comes to asking a question (where is my order?) and it is impossible to arrange a return as no one ever replies to the 'ticket' you have to raise, A bit of a con I think. Do not be fooled.
