Total rubbish

Ordered two items. Very small, bad quality and took a month to arrive. No paperwork with the delivery and on trying on - they were far too small and not the size as stated on order. I tried to find return but its all very difficult - no UK tel, or address. Cant return without having a ticket number. Cant get a ticket number as no record of order. I tried to call US number and got cut off twice. A totally awful customer experience. Now trying to stop payment with dispute via Paypal. Rubbish.

The worst company. Never order from them. I placed an order for a bathing suit never got it. I complained they sent me notification that it was shipped still never got it. No customer service at all.

I purchased 2 blouses from Linkshe. Their sizes are off. I normally wear a medium and ordered a large and they were still too small so keep that in mind. I have contacted them about changing their size chart. They did however reimburse me in full for both of the items because of the error on their part. I will order from them again.

. No way to return blouse too small, they won't respond to email or provide return information.
I blame Facebook for allowing this scam from Chinese Company. I trusted Facebook. Will never order anything listed on Facebook.

I am looking on the site to trace my order, and I am reading the reviews and I would like to cancel my order! I placed my order on May 4, it is May 22, and the company dose not sound very reliable! I wrote an email asking where my order was and only got a not could note be understood without detail.
I think I am going to very sorry! You can't even call a customer service person. This is a nightmare!

Order took almost a month to arrive. Horrible quality of material! One item was too small and I tried to "submit a ticket" (as instructed by website), but it never worked. No working phone number for customer service was available. I will NEVER shop with this company again!

Ordered two shirts in a small and although it said small on the label, there was no mistaken one was a large, and The other one came with a stain on it. Took a long time before anyone got back to me. Friends of mine have also ordered from this company and were disappointed as well. I would not recommend this company at all. I also have a feeling they go by different Company names.

I bought a top and when it arrived it was of extremely poor quality, a missing button and too small.
I contacted the company and expected them to take the article back as it had a defect. I was told to pay the postage (has to be recorded, which is more than what I paid for the top) and possible taxes. Im sorry to say they are dishonest, poor quality providers of defect clothes. I will write the £24 off as a lesson not to buy from such companies again.

Like some, I would read the reviews first to do reasearch on the product or just on the sites. This time I didn't I just hit wh check out and buy. Within seconds YES! It took my money. Then came here for reviews and all I'm reading is the bad stuff and I feel like crap. I don't know if my order will come in, or if it does will it fit? Is it cheap product?
NOTE TO SELF ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS! Make sure there are ways to contact suppliers.

Why do these companies keep getting away with taking our money and nothing is done about it. Who do you call or report this? I ordered from linkshe.com two weeks ago I checked the tracking number and it hasn't moved from China. This company needs to be shut DOWN with criminal charges against them. As a matter of fact all those that's posted on Facebook are crooks. Facebook shouldn't allow these companies to post. They are thieves. They need to stopped robbing people, I am sick it!

TERRIBLE! I never received my item! The only contact number on their website does not work, you can't even send an email, you have to "submit a ticket" with your order number which I have tried to do multiple times! But it says that it's an invalid number? It's the number they sent with my orders confirmation! And not to mention they sure did charge my credit card! This company is a total scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FEOM THEM!

It took a full month for me to receive this dress it was a maxi dress it was so horrible very cheaply made the material was God awful it was nothing like the picture, then the post office wants to charge me $25 just send it back and I paid $35 I am so upset with this company they should not be online I wish I would have read the reviews the reviews that they have on their website they're all lies whoever's on their site they're lying the clothes that they have is very cheap, I'm so pissed with this company that I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau

The dress I received was so far off-size as to be ridiculous, The fabric was thin and scratchy. When I made an effort to return, I basically ran into the same brick wall as others on this site. They said to send a photo of the problem and they would have the factory fix it. I could I worn this dress as a hat--how can they fix that. Total scam.

Ordered three bathibg suits $75.
Yes I should have just tried one, but too 4 weeks to ship. They are what I ordered but the cups are waist high. They size for chinese people. Company is a scam! Do not order or waste your time and money! I don't even know a child these would fit.

I thought I had done my due diligence and checked the reviews, but little did I know that I too would end up with some crap. The items are being shipped from China and instead of letting you return the items, they want to give you a percentage for you to order more crap. I am a frequent shopper and if I had known the garments would be such poor quality, I would never had ordered them. It is unfortunate that they are able to display garments they do not have. I wish I could go to China and make them give me my money back.

The site needs to be taken down so that no one else can be scammed.

Scam

The top I ordered arrived and looks nothing like the advert. The material is thinner than paper.
I requested a refund to which they asked me to keep the item and they'll give me 10%, I refused. They offered 15% I refused, they then offered 20% and I asked for the address to return the top. Since then they refunded me 10% and I have asked 12 times for the address. They keep saying they will refund then say to check my account, then another few days passes with no more refund received so I ask again and they say they will not refund until I return the item. I keep saying I can't return it until they give me the address and still they keep saying they won't refund until I return it! This has been going on for 2 months now. Stay well away from this company! I am determined to not let them win
