I wish I had read the reviews! I just saw what I thought was some cute bathing suits and placed my order. HORRIBLE! CHEAP! I'm a size 10 and I don't think my 10year old can fit in them. No return slip and no way to contact them. I'm trying to dispute the transaction with my bank and report a fraud alert. Thank GOD its was only 56.00 I've read of women spending 200 or more and are out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
The merchandise is subpar and Customer Service is a joke. They do NOT stand behind their product. Shop elsewhere.
I have a jumpsuit i would like to exchange it for a larger size phone no. Doesn't work most things u order come with a return slip i would exchange it for something else but no contact bad business if i dont get this i wil be sure nobody i know ever do business with u again
I ordered a long sleeved top from LinkShe and received a piece of garbage! The quality is horrible and the color is not even what was shown on the website! It is almost impossible to return since it comes from China! Total waste of money! I would advise not ordering from this website!
This place... I ordered the cutest American flag dress, that turned out to be the ugliest dress EVER! The color is UGLY! The stitches are visible! I went to return it and the order number they gave me is INVALID through them! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! DONT ORDER AND GET SCREWED OVER! This damn company is a piece of crap!
Cute styles caught my eye... this is the third Chinese company I ordered from (when they advertise on FB). I know they are Chinese from the text on the mailing label they put on the package... which by the way is the only paperwork you get... and the 1- 800 phone number is apparently fake. Every clothing order with these companies has had to be thrown out. Way too small for any woman to wear... proportionately off... might fit a thin 7 year old girl if she was over 5'-4". After 2 orders being way too small, I finally ordered a top as a 2X. (I am a size 8, and wear small to medium dependig on the style). I could barely get the 2X over my head to put it on... it fit like a tight sock... and I needed help getting it off!
I ordered a few dresses and they took 23 days to arrive. That was not an issue for me. I wasn't waiting for them to arrive by a particular time.The size met my expectations. The outfits on most of the models were much heavier than what I received. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I pretty much got what I paid for. LOOKED TOO GOOD TO BE SO CHEAP!
V Neck Slit Design Rose Maxi Dress... The fabric is so sheer that I was able to see right through my legs. I sure didn't see that in any of the pictures on the model.

I think DressLily has a new name: LinkShe. Same stuff that looks cute on line but comes to the customer as cheap stuff. The material is flimsy and cheesy. The workmanship is poor at best. Keep in mind that these Chinese Co. Make things so small even an average sized person finds XLL way too small. Forget trying to return anything, return postage is more than the crap you order so therefore they make their money. I submitted a ticket to return two items and they never responded. AVOID this company and save your money to buy something from the US.
I ordered a cute top on May 23rd 2017. By June 5th the "tracking" only said "label created". Here it is JUNE 13TH - the tracking still says "in transit". The only reason they even sent the article is I threatened to contact the credit card company and cancel the order. Only after that did things get moving. The website says shipping 3-4 business days. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I brought the red dress with the cape around one arm. The picture was fabulous and caught my attention. The dress took 21 days to arrive and it was not the dress that was in the picture. The dress I received was six sizes too small; the fabric was cheap; the stitching was poor-- it was unacceptable on all levels. I ordered through PayPal and the seller wanted to refund 15% of the purchase price because they had no larger size to send to me. I tried to mail it back and it would cost me $23 and I only paid $35 for the dress, so now I'm stuck with address that I cannot wear. It is not worth it. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! BUYER BEWARE!

I placed my first order on Linkshe March 28. I was sent a tracking number after the package supposedly shipped. The package says is arrived in Canton NY, I live in Ottawa Canada by the way, and there has been no movement since. The message in the tracker system says the system is experiencing errors - all the time!
My first "ticket" to Linkshe about the my missing package was May 15. Linkshe responded with "give it another week to arrive". It is now Jun 8 and I have contacted linkshe twice over the past two weeks and guess what, NO RESPONSE!
I spent $50 on a bathing suit that never arrived.
Don't buy from this company! It is clearly a scam!

Not having any luck trying to get SOMEONE or SOMETHING to tell me where the ORDER # is so I can return 2 items! Submit a Ticket they say, and then they want the Order # that I can't find, each # I enter is WRONG! SO I GUESS I WILL BE STUCK WITH THESE ITEMS! And if U do order anything U better not go by the Sizing Chart coz it ain't RIGHT! I did and it was probably 2 to 3 sizes too small and the QUALITY IS BAD, too! I'm so beyond DISGUSTED!
Thanks for all these reviews, I was about to make an order but I am a person who does research before buying and that is what saved me. You guys needs to start paying for your products with Paypal instead of a credit card because Paypal will force them to pay you back or else they can lose doing business with Paypal. I experienced this first hand with celebrity.com where I purchased a dress which is the most hideous dress I have ever seen, the material was awful and it looks like a size 2 instead of size 10. They refused to refund me after several pictures and measurements. I just forget about them and went through Paypal and I was refunded my full amount. When they found out I filed a complaint through Paypal they wanted to be nice but it was too late.
I have ordered several items from this company and each time the sizing is a failure. One time it even offered all the sizes and from past experience i ordered the xxxl... i am a size 12... so no way it should not have fit... when i got it it was a one size item...:(
Anyway i have thrown out at least 4 items and so will not be buying from them again.
Answer: I have been waiting for an exchanged for 3 months on two dresses my new I'm still waiting going on the 4th month. I highly discourage ANYONE from using this site when it comes to making an exchange or expecting a refund. There seems to be no way to communicate with this company except through emails there's no one to speak to to complain to or even to give a recommendation to.
Answer: If you use PayPal, you won't get played. If the company tries to PayPal acts as your representative and goes after the company on your behalf.
