My husband was discharged from rehab facility with Lincare as supplier of oxygen, tracheostomy supplies, etc. Took 2 weeks to get all the machines my terminally ill husband needed. He used a relative's machine. But worse is that they agreed to take responsibility for greeting him Jevity, liquid food since he was being tube fed. It never came and never came. All kinds of excuses: it has to be shipped from another location; the person who handles that is not here now/in the bathroom/on vacation. Or "I will check on it and call you back." I ended up buying it online for about 6 weeks till my sister-in-law who has worked in discharge planning in a hospital got it straightened out. Here I was dealing with a husband dying of cancer and I couldn't get a straight answer out of them. When your loved one is dying you don't need that kind of stress!

I have used linecare for 10 years and never had a problem with them until 2015. In November I asked for repairs or replacement of a bi-pap that was stopping during the night and keeping me awake. It was in July before I got one but now they won't send the filters I need for it, regardless of many, many calls. In March of 2016 my doctor gave them a script for a portable oxygen because my oxygen was low all the time. We'll it's august 23, and all I get is the manufacturer can't build them fast enough to get them to customers in a timely manner. This on top of the man that delivered the bi-pap lied to me about a heated hose he insisted my doctor ordered. Well it was full of mold and could have killed me if I hadn't smelled it. I'm thinking of sueing them and see how they explain the moldy hose. No excuse for harming folks that are already sick. I think they wanted to kill me with that hose for bugging them to do their jobs. Still no response from them about anything coming my way.

Experience has been the worst. I though Apria was bad for billing issues, but Lincare takes it to a new low. Double billed, they promised to fix it, send sheet of billings, insurance payments so I could work out what really was owed... after 2 weeks nothing received except threatening demand letters and additional bills. They take bullying to a new level...

Now Brian the so called "manager" has decided to delay delivery of oxygen in weeks where there is a holiday. Problem is he never told any clients and never left any additional oxygen to cover the extra day. When I tried to call to tell them that I needed oxygen the phone was not answered until after 3:00 pm. Then I was told by Amber that they would deliver just one time as a special consideration but from then on if I needed oxygen earlier then I needed to call an ambulance because they would not deliver to me. Made another complaint to Medicare. My main question is- why will upper management NEVER respond to my calls. They are aware of the verbal abuse and know that Medicare rules are regularly violated.

I returned by CPAP machine before a week had even passed and they billed me for I don't even know what. I called their billing department in Georgia and they will not answer their phone.

BEWARE of this company both personally and professionally. They are fraudulent and will do anything to screw people over. They have no compassion for others although they'll tell you they do. It's all about money with this company and how they've stayed in business is beyond me! There's so many other respiratory companies to get your supplies for and work for so, don't allow yourself to fall into the trap with this disgraceful company

I need a c-pap machine they said a direct buy without insurance is about $880. If i used my insurance the overall cost would be $1048. I'm glad I only dealt with them for only 2 hours.

I have been reading the reviews, and I agree that this is the worst company, I have ever dealt with. It has people working there that have no clue of what they are doing! I ordered a mask for my cpap machine many months ago. I keep getting, that they need more information? I have only given it to them about 10 times and they keep getting my doctors name wrong. I have told them over and over again, who my doctor is. Is this company for real! I thing I will also call the BBB to

When you live in a small town and Lincare holds the contract, they do what they want. And the employees are underpaid and likely abused by the management. That doesn't help me as the customer who can't get my medical supplies in a timely manner though. I've been overcharged, sent products that I didn't order and can't get a call through to accounting. (She's only one person, apparently!)

I don't want to use them, but they're the only game in town and they know it.

Get past due notices each month have to call multiple times until it is fixed. Have 2 insurances and they say they accept these plans and don't know what happened and they will fix it but said "sometimes computers have a mind of their own". Not too reassuring. Just got another past due notice this month! Called local office and "system was down" and they haven't returned my calls. Emailed headquarters last week. No response. Called headquarters and nice man told me he would have billing call us back by the end of the day and he assured me they would fix this problem. That was three days ago. Looked up lincare on FB -article a few days ago! Committin Medicare fraud! No wonder why we at having these issues!

Stay Away!

I have been trying to solve a problem receiving supplies for nearly a month.

Call the office the Waukesha area. Phone calls are never returned.

I strongly suggest staying away from this company.

I have been battling with these people for 3 months now. My copay went from 42.26 down to 32.06 starting January. Have even paying the 42.06. Was promised in March that they were correcting the problem to just pay 32.06. Next bill came for 32.06. May bill came for 42.26. Lol. Told me nit to pay because I was overpaid by 40.00. Now, talked to them again and got no where again. Now I get past due notices. Say owe them over 80.00. They owe me 50.00. Too big. There has to be somewhere where I can file a complaint.

Then when we go to the office in Wheeling to get supplies we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before they come out and wait on us. Poor, poor company and service.

The worst care I have ever been given in any home health care supplies. And all I wanted my Cpap supplies. I can't even count the months I have waited. Even when I told them I have a respiratory infection.

Can't even begin to explain the nightmare this company is. I'm beginning to believe this is a Medicare scam/fraud - When you call all you get is "Phone Service 3rd Party Call Centers" the people answering don't even work for them. You can call any number listed on the site and get the same garbage. Going to report them to the BBB and Medicare to investigate. They should be ashamed to call themselves Health Care providers - they provide nothing but heartache for people with real medical needs.

How they can stay in business if just amazing. I'm been trying to get an answer for over l month. I received oxygen in Port Charlotte, Florida, ( live on Long Island) and returned it to them here on Long Island. I asked for a receipt and told I didn't need one. I had the oxygen for 3 weeks and they are still billing Medicare for it. (4 months) I called Lincare in Florida and Long Island at least 30 times and not
One person called me back. Wonder why we are paying so much for Medical insurance. Don't use them!
