We monitor reviews for authenticity
1. Had to go to home office in Germany to get them to stop calling
2. Have on line ordering, however, impossible to communicate via anything other than phone since they don't have a response screen.
3. Can't get supplies from any stores. I was stuck away from home and called a local Lincare store and was told they didn't have anything on hand... have to deal with on line. So I spent a week without cpap for a piece that I would have been happy to purchase.
4. Tried to change my billing information at a local store when in for card reading for my doctor and was told it would take some time for them to update... seems like a disconnect between the two entities.
This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Don't call the shipping division in Florida. 30 minutes plus on hold. Never picked up. Calling BCBS and having them investigated for insurance fraud...

I got oxygen equipment from Lincare on 12/29/2016 and it was returned on 1-27-2017 (not even 30 days). I was billed on 1-11 for $119.83 and then AGAIN on 1-30 for another $119.83. Note that they billed me 3 days after they got the equipment back. I was just told that they charge for a month even if it is only one day. Sounds like fraud to me.
Once they get your debit/credit card number it's almost impossible to get them to stop deducting funds. When you call them they refer you different places/people in hopes of wearing you down and letting them keep the Money they deducted from your account wrongfully. I'll never buy another pc of medical equipment from them and if you "MUST" pay cash or check because they'll continue deducting money until you "MAKE" them stop!
Much time wasted on the many phone calls (being placed on hold for endless amounts of time) requesting portable tanks be exchanged. Can not get them to answer their phone. Then when they do, they promise someone will be out but no one comes or calls. My mother is not low on oxygen tanks-but completely out now, must stay in her home until we find someone else.
I'm reporting them to Medicare and anyone else I can find to make sure they won't be paid.
Does anyone know how and where to report this company for medicare fraud? Have never seen a company that has so little concern
Worst company I have dealt with. After getting the runaround for my replacement CPAP supplies since November and after 2 incorrect orders to replace their screwup from the November replacement order, I dropped them today after getting into a heated conversation with a customer service rep who couldn't take being challenged and subsequently hung up on me. Funny thing is the rep who was option 3 specializing in returns greeted me with "you are eligible for replacement supplies ". After listening to this, I unloaded on him and said I'm tired of being told I'm eligible for new supplies when they can't get their order correct to begin with. What is also funny is I received a robo call from Lincare saying I'm eligible for replacement supplies. It just shows this company is in it for the money and am surprised they haven't been taken to court for the money. I'm done with them and will gladly pay out of pocket to never deal with them again.
I am a Lincare customer ONLY because Medicare requires me to go to them for my CPAP supplies. My experience is similar to others here, lost orders and big time run around from customer service. My plans for future contact with them will include me audio recording the conversation because they have repeatedly denied that I have called them.
Don't trust your care to these people. They led my doctor to believe they would have my nebulizer out yesterday. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. After 3 phone calls today and messages left I finally got through to the office - they never called back. They said they don't have my orders - which were fax'd yesterday. And - they cannot promise equipment today. WOW - disaster.
Word of advice, do NOT use this company for home equipment. We have been attempting to obtain an PT/INR machine for over a month and have continued to get a run around with this company. We gave them all the information they needed including the doctors order for the equipment and still have not heard back since this process started over a month ago. The do NOT live up to their mission statement,"to set the standard in excellence" of patient's.
You people should be investigated by the Attornery General and after I make a formal complaint maybe you will!

Fraud Fraud Fraud..
Very poor customer service. They don't follow up with the prescription requests and get an attitude on the phone when you call about it. They lie and say that they have not received a fax from the doctors office, when in actuality the fax is there. They are just too damn lazy to handle their business. I will be calling Medicare to voice my complaint. Never again will I do business with this SORRY COMPANY!
Save yourself MAJOR grief by not using LinCare. They will not return phone calls, can't explain their bills (I'm sure I have been overcharged), after more than 1 year of trying to get my needed supplies from Lincare, which were never mailed and that were authorized by my insurance co, my physician's office switched me to Sheldon Medical Supply Co. Linacre is truly the most frustrating and impossible company I have ever dealt with. I can't even give them a star!
Worst service ever ordered supplies corrected the error from Medium pillows to large when they call. When order arrived they came in med. They said they are behind and will get to it soon., 12 days later no replacements same answer they are backed up and would get to it soon. Suggest if given a choice get a supplier that can read or can handle the business. If they are that backed up they shouldn't be in business
Your service is really bad. If people don't want to do their job. Then why have them?
Used their service for CPAP supplies since 10/2015. First there were billing errors that took 3 months and several phone calls before they were resolved. Tried ordering replacement supplies in September 2016. Only one piece arrived, was told I needed to speak with someone in their local office (Cleveland OH). Left several messages but no return phone call. However I have been billed for the one piece received, even after I paid for it. Cancelled my account and am seeking another supplier that is reliable.
I am still waiting for my return of funds taken from my checking account. I have called and they make promises and promises. Maybe this company needs a good class lawsuit against them for being so much of a rip off.
Have worked with another oxygen company before more than willing to help this company does not care about their patients in my opinion
Run --real fast--as far as your damaged lungs can take you away from this company. The probably should be investigated for Medicare fraud. Lack of response from branches in Salt Lake City, Wyomissing PA and corporate in Clearwater Fla. There are not words in the English language to express how terrible they are
I rely on lincare for my CPAP supplies. I have to call once per month to have them mailed out to me. In October it took 5 phone calls and 3 weeks for me to receive my supplies. This month so far I have placed 3 calls, left a call back number and called cooperate in Florida... still no response.
If you have an alternative I recommend using them.
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
