Worst company ever. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY BIPAP SUPPLIES IN TWO AND A HALF YEARS. Yet they are still billing my insurance. I think that's called INSURANCE FRAUD. They are scam artists.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Rude obnoxious customer service I have experienced! Year with out new supplies, they said I have to see the doctor every year which the never said. Now I go after 2 years with them sending equipment and they just stop. No notification what so ever. I see the dr. in April send in CMN and prescription 5 times from the drs. Office, they give them wrg # and just sit on their hands doing nothing, talk to Donna, who has left(Fired?) Barb who promise she would take care of this 6-8 weeks ago and send my equipment which has not happened. Left me on hold 2x mins and promise from Samantha she will find out! LOL, This is a national company who does not care. Read the reviews they all SUCK!

Having 5 years of experience with this company, I am well qualified to give my appraisal as the most unprofessional, unorganized, mismanaged (or possibly un-managed) company providing health-care equipment I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. And yes, they are VERY rude. They don't return calls, nor forward service calls to a technician. They have high turn-over, fly-by-night staff with the phone etiquette of a crack addict. I requested the pick-up of THEIR equipment, since my dad recently passed and asked them for a time or a phone call so we could meet them at the residence. The girl on the phone said they couldn't do that since the technician "would have to pull off the road and turn his engine off in order to make a phone call to us." Imagine that. I received neither a phone call, day or time.
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor 4 days ago and was told they were all on the phone, but said they would call once one was available. Of course I'll never get a call, as usual. Now i'll just put their equipment out on the street. If they care enough to pick it up, we'll see. I doubt it.
I cannot believe healthcare providers/insurers even list this company as an approved medical supplier.

My cpap supplies are automatically sent to me except the water chamber... my doctor told me that I can order this whenever i need it changed. I called Lincare supplies dept a month ago that i need a new water chamber which the lady took all my information and even told me that I am being recorded for their record. Before, she told me that I will received within a week or so. After three weeks, I called Lincare and I was told that they took this supplies in my cpap supplies and the lady just told that there is nothing processed. She just told she does not know. So she tried to help me and I was again told that I will received the water chamber a week or so. After two weeks, there is nothing on the mail... I will be calling them again and will find another company other than LINCARE,, THEY SUCK.

I will never use this company again. They have got my CPAP supplies order wrong multiple times. They never notified me when there was an issue with my account, even when it was their fault the account was messed up. They tried to charge me more than what I actually owed. Dumb $#*! people!

There are other issues w/ this company but most recently I ran out of oxygen due to an extended power outage from storms. When I phoned Lincare to request a tank, I was
Advised they are not delivering over the Memorial Day weekend & if I need oxygen to call 911! Think about this! Oxygen is very important to all who need it. If you wish

I keep getting a bill for $38 and I have called you twice on this matter and I have emailed you twice and all I want to know is the date of services and what is the reason I owe you $38. You drop my phone calls and never call back an that makes me call you back and go through your robot and when I get a human again they want to transfer me to someone else so here we go again the same dog and pony show and after 4 attempts to figure out what's going on I know nothing. I haven't ordered any supplies in over a year. This is my final attempt to reach out to you and help correct this

Fraud?

. I needed a wheelchair for a month and when I called Lincare, they wouldn't tell me if I was buying or renting or how much it would be. It was covered by my insurance so I had one delivered. I asked the man who delivered it repeatedly what the rental charge would be and he didn't think there would be one. He thought it was a one-time charge that the insurance company paid so after the one month that I needed it, I could keep it. I just got a bill for monthly rentals for the previous five months, above what the insurance paid. If I had known this was a monthly rental, I would have returned it. I had no idea there would be a monthly rental fee or what the amount would be. I think I should pay for the first month but no others. I'm waiting for the office to open to speak with them. Why didn't they tell me the monthly fee at the time, and why did they wait five months for the first billing? It feels like a scam.

Read similar review about an account put on hold because of lack of authorization. Lincare didn't bother to tell me it was on hold & it probably still would be if I hadn't called wondering why I wasn't receiving e-mails to order supplies. Many phone calls over 2 months time & being assured several times everything was good to go, still no e-mails to order supplies. I switched companies 2 days ago & Lincare was notified. Just got a call from Lincare to order supplies, smh.

I have never seen a business run this bad. Never answer phones. Never ever get your order when you are supposed to and when you do. It's wrong!. Unbelievably incompetent. Week after week minth after month. My doctors whole large practice dropped them... This I'd a life sustaining company. Omg

Don't Do It!

I work for an answering service for Lincare and I hear a LOT of dissatisfied customers. They don't receive calls back, some employees are rude, and to me they don't care about their patients. Lincare would be the last place I would try to use. I wouldn't want my family to be treated like I see their patients treated. No good!

I started out with Lincare for oxygen supplies but they were rude and often did not bring my order saying I never called and placed an order. New place for over a year now is nice and hasn't forgotten my order at all! Now trying to get CPAP supplies and since my machine is through Lincare I have to go through them and have been on hold for over half an hour now listening to them say "Thank you for waiting your patience is appreciated." My patience is running very short!

I have no idea how or why lincare is in business. In my opinion they are detrimental to customers health and if you are able to do business with anyother company you should. Have been trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator for months now and all I'm getting is the runaround. They don't return calls, have nothing but excuses for me if I can get someone on the phone, blame everyone but themselves, and the I care department is a joke. I understand that it is a convenience item and they do and have provided oxygen tanks and a concentrator. For that I guess they get one star. Personally I am going to take my business elsewhere.

Lincare was charging hundreds of dollars a month for ipratropium and albuterol and I stopped it I went to Walmart and I'm buying same meds for $4.73 a month my next letter is going to my insurance company and Medicare. Check out your charges folks you may be paying to much also follow service and meds

Since Lincare bought out Homecare NE in December I have had tarrible customer service. The 1st problem was an order for supplies. The Customer Service was as rude as anyone I have ever dealt with. She told me that I wasn't using the product I was using because the computer said I had another type. Argued for 10 minutes. Second problem was with billing. I received a bill for the monthly fee for the CPAC unit. Which had been covered the prior 4 months 100%. They told me that there had been a change with my insurance carrier. I hung up and called my Insurance who assured me there was no change and the unit was covered 100%. Each call to Lincare took close to and hour on hold. I called them back and was given the same info so I asked to speak with a Supervisor. I was told they were busy and would call ma back. I waited a week. I called a 3rd time, the service Rep "Dirrie" was wonderful, she took my number in case we got disconnected, which had happened on the prior call. She checked with Billing and told me it was all taken care of. This weekend I got a demand notice stating I was 60 days late in payment, the letter had a number to call which included an extension that didn't exist. This call didn't go well. They said that they were having a problem contacting the insurance company, the same one who had been dealing with Homecare with no problems. I'm glad I have the time to deal with this, 5 hours on the phone and I'm not convinced it is over.
