Customer service, there is none, supervisor there is none. This company sucks on all levels. I have been waiting for my order now over 2 months and I am not kidding. Went to Amazon had all supplies in 2 days.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They truly do not care about there clients and if you remain a customer or not. Had no intention of ever helping me with my health care needs.
Lincare is by far the worse company I've ever used! They billed for items not received, filed an insurance claim on it, then knowing they did such they took the co-pay out of my checking account and refuse to correct it. Do a Google search on them to see how the are nothing more than frauds!
If you have any other company available to fill your needs, AVOID Lincare if at all possible. I have been attempting to return my equipment for over one month and I still have the equipment and Medicare has not authorized it any more due to physician orders, and I don't want to pay another $700. For the rental to Medicare. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You know the customer service is horrible by looking at the reviews, and Lincare still has not rectified their problem.
Purchased a heated CPAP hose for my cpap machine. I was told that I wasn't due for a new hose so I asked if I could buy out of pocket and was told yes. I purchased via debit card over the phone and received it a week or so later. A month later I get a bill and it was for the hose. I then called and explained I paid out of pocket. A month later I get another bill for the same and called again. I repeated this for several months and it's still not resolved even though I spoke to a supervisor who was supposed to email me. They should be investigated the department of consumer affairs and the bbb for their billing practices.
I do not know how it will help other patients by sharing my experience after more than 300 negative/1 star reviews (as there is no option for zero or negative star) did not do the trick. Other reviewers have described all I want to say.
Briefly, it is the worse medical supply company I have dealt with; extremely poor customer service, they only make promises, they do not return your phone calls, pass the buck to someone else who is never available to talk, etc. etc. I can go on and on but these reviews probably do not reach Lincare or if they do, Lincare just does not care.
They gave me nothing but frustration and aggravation for my machine and supplies. Utter waste of time calling them being on hold for nearly 30-45+ minutes yet without any resolution of issue/s.
Please let me know if there is another better company for CPAP users.
I hope Medicare looks in to the business practices of Lincare to help patients.

They cannot get the billing straight. It took a visit to the local facility and three phone calls to their central billing department to get them to recognize by secondary insurance.
Their customer service is poor. The employees have a poor attitude and seem to be poorly trained. They cannot get the orders correct.
Supplies are delivered late, or not at all, or not what was ordered. Average delivery time from putting in an order is 3 weeks. This in an era when Amazon can take an order, box, ship and have it delivered in two days.
I've written the CEO three times in one year. There has been no response of any kind. They don't give a damn.
I agree with all the negative reviews. They simply do not care. My negative experiences has been with the central supply in Clearwater and several local offices. In general, they are inept, rude and do not follow up at all. It is amazing that a medical related supply house should perform so poorly and get so many negative reviews. They should be removed from Medicares list or at least be investigated. Do not use don't care. Try someone else!
I cancelled my automatic delivery of CPAP supplies and they kept sending them anyways and charging me. Even after I used the mailer they sent, I continued to get bills. Talking to customer service did nothing despite them saying the problem was resolved. I had to threaten to call the Attorney General and BBB before someone took care of the issue. Months of frustration. It would be better to go without durable medical supplies than to use these incompetent fools again.
I had to exchange my oxygen concentrator that from American Home Patient which was purchased by Lynn Care because of a malfunction.
They brought me an exchange concentrator that was very dirty. Dirty filters all through the machine. It was obvious that the main filter had not been serviced in the 44, thousand hours of past use. The concentrator they left me even has a musky order. I have made many phone calls to Lynn Care ( Hold time is ridiculous) with no results. No calls returned from Mgt. No response whatsoever. For seven nights I have slept setting upright because my O2 level drops to low if I lay down to sleep. One star on the review is to much for this company. D L Jax Fl...
If you like dealing with incompetent idiots, then purchase your equipment and supplies from Lincare. I attempted to purchase my supplies from them because they are local (Easton, MD). Very unusual that none of my supplies were covered by my insurance company? They initially charged me my deductible to be followed by an adjusted bill for the entire amount. They sent items I didn't order. They told me I received items that I didn't!
I returned to my previous supplier (Bay State Medical) which is not local but I have zero issues with insurance billing. Everything they send me is covered and they send what I ordered.
I would not recommend Lincare to anyone. I would recommend Bay State Medical.
I filled out a financial assistance form days before I ever picked up the concentrator believing it was getting processed. Picked up machine & paid over $100 as the Ontario OR office told me. I was told that would carry through for a while because I would get at least 30%-60% assistance. I get a bill I I call billing & my application not processed yet. Get another letter saying they need my debt card info, I tell them I can't just have them charge my card whatever amount I have to know what amount I have to pay & the amt of financial asst I have. They tell me they can't process the app without the card info. I talk to the Ontario office & they were to talk to the corp office to get app processed without card info. I never hear from Ontario office, I call Florida corp office was told fin app was stopped because the machine was taken back. Ontario told me they only give equipment to the patients, but the corp office says they stopped app process. Call corp & Dennis says Ontario has to explain why process was stopped and only they can request a hold on billing. Now all the sudden Ontario OR office has all the power. I have informed my care provider to NEVER, NEVER use Lincare for patients. They never call back, don't follow through with issues and pass the buck like no other. I went to NORCO(where I should have went in the first place) & I received my new machine from them & didn't have to give a debt card or PAY ANY MONEY THAT DAY. I filled out the financial app & left with my machine in less than 30 minutes. GO TO NORCO never Lincare-what a joke.
You can never speak to anyone in their CSR division. You wait for hours on the phone or if you leave a message, they are to call you back within 24 hours and they never do. If you go on their website and hit contact us you can speak to a Rep. Since October when I placed an order and they left out the filters, I just received them last Saturday. Several months ago they sent the wrong size. Terrible customer service and I will be switching to another provider. They are the worst.
I moved from CO to OH and the nightmare of it all is that I still have no CPAP supplies. They have assured me for 6 months this is going to happen, and still nothing. I have called, and even went to the CO office to see if I can pick up my supplies and I was not allowed. I talk to Reps on the phone, who make $10.00, and they keep telling me it is in the process. They do not care. They just want you off that phone. Well, this process ends today, Goodbye Lincare! I need my supplies and still nothing. I want everyone to know that if I die of Sleep Apnea, my husband will own Lincare. Disgusting company who does not care about its patients.
Terrible! Horrible! No customer service. Do not care about their patients. NEVER use Lincare. The Hickory, NC location lies and doesn't listen to customer or family members.
I was going to be a new customer of this company however I had my first and last experience with them all in one day. My daughter called to complain and she, not even the customer or an authorized person to discuss anything of medical concern, was able to discuss my experience without any hesitation from Lincare. That is a "HIPPA" violation! When I, the patient, calls back to state my complaint to Regional Manager myself about my experience, she had a Manager from the location she was at tell me that she nor he could talk to me and referred me to their legal department. So she can talk to my daughter but refused to talk to me and I'm the customer/complaintant.
Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Billing errors, vague charges, overcharges, no explainations. Almost impossible to contact customer service to get problems resolved. If or when your do get through you are directed somewhere else or are promised solutions they never fulfill. Lies, deception, awful record keeping. Be advised. When dealing with these people keep detailed notes on who you're talking to, the date and time, number you called, how long you had to wait on hold, and exactly what was discussed and (or) promised. Without details, you are screwed. BTW, you can buy your own CPAP machines and supplies online without a prescription. Setup is easy, just go to YouTube and they explain the easy steps, one by one, by make and model. To hell with these clowns.
This company is absolutely horrific! DO NOT USE THEM! We had a bill for 230.06 and were making payments on it. To date I have paid 270.52 on a bill that was only 230.06 because they continue to send me bills stating how much I owe. I have called the billing department several times and no one can give me any answers! They send me letters threatening to send me to collections (MY BILL IS PAID IN FULL). AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
Call Nov 5th my dads oxygen concentrator would not keep a charge they did not come out until Nov. 26 it is Jan. 8th and he still does not have one that works!
I'm too mad to even explain the whole story! But the most incompetent people in the world. And the Durham, NC office is the WORST! I went months without supplies because you just keep getting the runaround! PURE AWFUL. Go anywhere else but here.
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
