Disinterested, ambivalent, ineffective and uncaring. I could go on but you get the drift. At a local level they will work with you but the supply center is simply awful. Find another provider who cares.
My wife and I have CPAP machines ordered by or doctor through Lincare. They have the worst customer service I have ever received. They never get orders right, the send the wrong items and they always have the excuse that their computers are working properly or somebody entered the information wrong. I will be returning our machines and will never do business with this company again!
Don`t have a problem outside of 9-5 east coast or on the weekend, you are screwed, no emergency contact. My wife is on 6 liters 24/7 and won't live without O2. Looking for another comp
Any, this one sucks, dont trust them.
Trust me the good reviews are from the company. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I have a CPAP they would never give me supplies. I eventually had to buy my own. Said i was non-compliant. I sat with my dr as we sent the paperwork yet lincare still claimed the dr didn't send it. I would call they would say let me look into and and call you back. Never called back. I knew they were going to come try and take it before my year was up, and they did. I told them get lost you aren't taking it. After a year it is paid for so they want to keep it to resell it.
Kelly Wood went out of her way to help me. She was courteous, professional and above all incredible. I am so so grateful
Lynn care is run by idiots and morons because their businesses plan was created by idiots and morons. STAY AWAY!
In planning a week's trip to Maine from Cape Cod our Calumet, MA Lincare contacted their counterpart in Falmouth, ME and arranged for a concentrator to be delivered on the day of our arrival to our rental cottage. All of that planning went very, very well... delivery of equipment made exactly at designated check-in time/our arrival. However, we had the added problem that my husband's portable concentrator (his traveling life-line) had to be sent back to Georgia for a second repair and its arrival back to Mass. On time for our trip was in question. Scott at Lincare in Calumet was so helpful and gracious in saying he happened to have a portable concentrator he could let us take for the week... which provided us with an insurance back-up in the event anything went wrong... which it did when we had a power failure at our Maine cottage that lasted for several hours. Equally proficient in providing excellent service was the Lincare provider out of Falmouth, ME. Thank you Rick for taking good care of us seniors on our adventurous outing with some wonderful friends in what was a very peaceful setting! All of you were so kind and accommodating to a couple of old folks who aren't ready to just to go to rust.
I'm on oxygen nights only so I didn't think I could travel without spending a lot of money on those portibile oxygen machine.lin care ask where I was going, I told them North Dakota. They ask for the dates and they would have one delivered there for my stay. They go the extra mile for you. Thanks Lin care of Spokane Washington. And Grand forks North Dakota.
Worse place to get supplies from. If you can Run I suggest you do it. Very unprofessional they just don't care. Always get the run around from these places we have lived in Illinois and now Florida one lie after another
I got my CPAP in February, 2019. This is the end of July, 2019 and still have the original supplies that came with the machine. Have not been able to order new supplies from these business, no return calls, they are difficult to contact. When contact is made you have to start the issue from the beginning. They promised to call and you never hear from them. I asked my doctor to find a new supplier for me.
I got a CPAP machine from them - I had nothing but problems with the mask so just over a month later, returned the machine. I got a copy of the return paperwork but still kept getting billed. I made three visits to my local office before the billing was stopped and have spent close to 6 months arguing with the billing department over what I owed. In the end, despite insurance and only having the machine for less than 6 weeks, I had to pay $570 out of pocket.
It seems like all have been said from all the unhappy customers... I ordered supplies from them 3 weeks ago, still don't have it. I called back, 1st person gave me another # to call because they don't deal with supplies, 2nd person told me to call the 1st person and said 1st person should have read the notes in my file. 3rd person had no idea what the problem was. 4th person was out of town, 5th person - went to voice mail. I'm back at square 1 40 minutes later, and LIN-DON'T-CARE continues to get the 1 star!
My mother's Ovarian Cancer came back for the 4th time in the form/symptom of Plural Effusion(fluid in the lungs kinda) which droped her oxygen levels to the low 80's. We were referred to Lincare of Pueblo CO, for my mother's O2 needs. Lincare has been very helpful and accommodating, in fact the service thus far has been exemplary.
If I could give UNDER 1 star, I would. My previous CPAP supplier was taken over by Lincare; since then, service has gone downhill to now, non existent. I have run out of supplies and for the past 4 weeks have been trying to get them replaced. Lincare claims I am non compliant, even though I use the CPAP daily and I have had the machine for over 1 1/2 years. Apparently my records from the previous provider didn't transfer with the takeover, After getting the compliancy issue resolved 2 weeks ago, they still can't ship supplied due to internal requirements. The bottom line is I had my doctor arrange for a new supplier and within 72 hours have the supplies I need. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID USING LINCARE FOR CPAP SUPPLIES
Lincare never deliveries when promised or picks up as the should. They expect you to be available when they want to come. When delivering they would say Wednesday morning and the deliver Tuesday and expect you to be there and ready for them, or it would be Thursday or Friday. For pick up, they expect the family to wait all day or more for them to get around to picking it up. I am not waiting any longer. If they want this equipment, they need to schedule a date and time to pick it up.
I want to say that Kristie from the Bradenton Lincare was wonderful! Very nice happy person to meet. She helped me with my cpap machine and supplies. The not so nice experience was with the girls in the front office that answer the calls... they aren't very nice talking to you, treated me like i'm bothering them. Anyway thank you Kristie for your service.
I called them twice to get my appointment for my CPAP machine and nobody will call back. I talked to someone in the Bradenton store (Female) and she wasn't a pleasant person at all. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. She said someone will call me back for an appointment... 3 days later I called again and talked to another Female which treated me like shit on the phone (I treated her very nice even with her attitude). It's amazing that two different people can just act so bad to people. I'm contacting my insurance company to let them know how they treat people. Do yourself a favor and and shop somewhere else.
After reading reviews and experiencing the service or non-service should I say. I think they must be on some type medication. Please go somewhere else. Aeroflow much better company to deal with.
I have had nothing but problems with billing and fulfillment of my automatic refills. Specifically, Queneshia in billing has hung up on me, been extremely rude, cuts me off when I speak and basically does as little as possible to assist. I ask to speak to a supervisor and none are available. I leave a call back and she never wrote it down because she can't repeat it to me. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Even the iCare that is supposed to take care of issues doesn't call back. Find another supplier and avoid all of the aggravation
I have two "past due" bills from this company. I have no record of any previous unpaid bills. One bill did not itemize but gave me a phone number where I could call and pay by credit card. It had one address the second bill had two addresses. I called the 888 number on the first bill and got the good old answering system and got to listen to music. After 25 minutes I looked up the phone number for the head office in Florida and called them on my cell phone. I asked for assistance. I told them about being on hold on my home phone and complained. She said one moment and then I got the exact same music and messages on both phones. I was on the home phone for 40 minutes with no help and on the cell phone for 20 minutes with no help on either. The website said they closed at 5 EST so when 4 CST came I hung up both phones. I have never in my life been treated like this.
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
