Zero stars. I have been waiting since August 2020 for oxygen. No one will call me back after numerous calls to them. I have dealt with Dee once. She is rude. How does this company stay in business when they can't do a simple thing like deliver oxygen? I called my insurance company and found a different supplier. Stay away from this company!
I cannot express how FRUSTRATED I am regarding Lincare's customer non-service!
My husband has been a customer of yours for approx 5 years. Each year we fill out a Financial Hardship Application for an oxygen concentrator. This year I started this process in early July so it could be in place by September. As of today, December 14th, we STILL do not have a decision on the financial hardship! I understand we are in the middle of COVID and there are a lot of people needing supplies BUT this does not mean I should have to make 10+ phone calls with waiting for 30 to 60+ minutes ON HOLD waiting to talk to one of your customer service agents WHO get absolutely NOTHING accomplished!
Lincare you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your customers in this fashion! You are one of the WORST companies I have EVER had to deal with!

I have ordered twice now from this company and both times the order was wrong. Not only that, the replacement order was wrong both times, too. The second time, they insisted the order was correct even though I actually opened the package and the hose didn't fit!
I have been trying to get someone from Lincare to either repair or work with my insurance on a new cpap machine since June and they keep passing me between 2 Lincare sites. 8 people have promised to call me back not 1 did. My doctors office has contacted them several times and no response. I do not have a working machine and my sleep has been horrible. No customer service whatsoever.
My doc sent my prescription over and after talking to about 4 people on three phone calls it comes down to have them resent despite having confirmation. I said I sure will have them sent to another company. They wouldn't do anything other than look at their computer screen.
I used LinCare for several years (probably 10) through Medicare. It was always hard to get them to send me the oxygen tubing that I requested. When it came to a portable oxygen concentrator, although I made a dumb mistake giving up my Inogen 5 for a Respironics, they wouldn't return my Inogen a week later when I asked them to. When I called their complaint department, the lady that answered wouldn't let me talk and threatened to send me a $2000 bill if I didn't do what she told me, didn't even listen to my complaint. She finally hung up on me. If you couldn't already tell from the other reviews, let me tell you, they really suck.

My patients family had the medical supplies needed. However since I've been working with the family the past 9 months I have yet to see them actually send the proper stuff. Only have of the feed the patient need or supplies to clean the site. Refuses to send out a shipment if it isnt due to send one. Then sends stuff that the patient doesn't use. Im hoping the patients insurance drops lincare as a supplier and goes with some place that cares about their customers because lincare only cares about getting paid. Also I'm pretty sure they are getting paid by the insurance company for supplies they say they can no longer supply.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. No answers except it must be my fault. I have called to clear up a 3 or4 year old billing and no get help. Very small amount but can't get it cleared up. Stupid people.
If you think lincare is bad for people imagine how the people feels working for a company that hire u and dont give u any training because the stupid manager is on her phone all day long face timing then u messed up and the manager takes action against u that's bull $#*!. This company send me away to work in another facility because they dont have driver (I wonder why) I worked a whole week and came back and my manager told me in my face they not going to pay me the money for meals and told me to quit. I got upset and of course who wouldn't I contact HR and some how my manager find out and in matter of 2 days I got 4 write ups and got fired that way they dont pay me my money... that's $#*!ed up I'm angry and I'm coming for lincare. They should change that $#*!ing name from lincare to dont care because is they dont care about their workers imagine if they care about any patient. Yes I agree that lincare shouldn't be a business, u people steal from me and from people's insurance I know because I seen it and heard manager on phone try to have doctor to write what she wants that way she can have set up and bill their insurance. Lincare sucks

They sent me a CPAP machine. Was told that I have a copay and I paid that. They were calling me on monthly basis to deliver me supplies and told me that all is covered by insurance. Six months latter sent me a huge bill and threatened to send me to collection to ruin my credit history.
Avoid this company if at all possible. Very fraudulent and unethical.
I have been charged for items that I never order. The associates are unprofessional. When I they are closed when they are suppose to be open
Been trying to get CPAP supplies for 30 days. They take the order and then never fill it. Customer service rep Loren and Stacy, in the Woods Cross office, are unbelievably rude and condescending. I suggest going without their services.
28 dollar walker from Amazon they sold to my mother for 308.00 dollar please stay away complete rip off.
Lincare has sent me the wrong supplies for three consecutive months. I have returned the products and they are still billing me. I have spent 2 hours on the phone today, mostly on hold, and never got my questions answered. I just kept getting transferred to another department just to tell my story again with no results. I'll try again tomorrow, but I am certainly not impressed. How can a company have so many bad reviews and still be in business?
To make an extremely long story short, my husband had a sleep study done in July of 2020 and here we are almost to October and no CPAP supplies. Lincare is blaming the Sleep Center and the Sleep Center is blaming Lincare meanwhile my husband is the one that is suffering. Beyond frustrating, completely unacceptable and absolutely zero customer service.
I've been working with Lincare for over a year now and they are the worst company ever! Just last night they called me with a "courtesy call" to see if I wanted to pay my bill. I'm doing the best I can and making, what is to my budget, a substantial payment each month. I was one day late and they were already calling me. When I told the woman that I didn't want to make a payment right then because I was driving, she hung up on me! Geez... I wish I had never gotten my CPAP machine from them.
In my opinion this company deserves 0 stars, customer service more like non service. I have had the worst experience dealing with this company, they follow through with absolutely nothing they tell you. I called in last week the phone was answered by someone talking to another talking very disrespectfully about a previous patient call then apparently realized I was on the phone she hung up. They have never spoken to me on the phone in any type of a professional manor, always acting as if it I was a bother to them. All I have been trying to accomplish for the last month is return a cpap machine and again lied to twice it will be picked up. So I will be returning it tomorrow and have no further contact with this mediocre company

Please stay away! My mom has been waiting for months for them to contact her about her oxygen. And now my grandson whohas autism is now waiting on his formula. The only thing he eats. This has got to be the worst company ever.
5 phone calls and NO response. THIS IS BS. Only place in my area that provides portable o2 and will bill HUMANA. And this is what I get! I will be making phone call to insurance co and insurance commissioner
This company is nothing more then scammers and shysters... I needed a walker which my primary doctor wrote a prescription for a Rolater walker that just happened to go to Lincare... Locate never measured me to see what size walker I needed, never ask my height or weight and sent me out the cheapest walker made... It is unsafe, flimsy, and overall poor quality... I have tried to for 3 days now with no return calls... Finally I called UHC and a representative called Lincare... The UHC representative was told I signed a contract and I am stuck with this one... Please be advised if you are thinking of doing business with Lincare...
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
