Software for ordering is a nightmare but I understand why it is. The real issue is the product. It is the very best and certainly for the money. I have been buying cabinets for over 40 years and I love these cabinets. Dr. Bill
As a remodeling contractor, I found the website easy to use and the ordering experience straightforward. I did not need to speak with customer service at all. Although the cabinets I ordered (Carolina Hickory) were not fully customizable, the choices available were sufficient to complete the job. The delivery time was spot on, and the boxes all arrived without any damage. The quality of the cabinets was above average, and although assembly instructions were sometimes not precise or clear, once assembled, the cabinets were sturdy and square. The appearance and finish was superior. The customer was very pleased, and I would/will recommend to future clients.

The last house I replaced my kitchen & bath cabinets, I did it using Kraftmaid cabinets, which was 9+ years ago. I got quotes for Kraftmaid cabinets for this house & pricing has tripled! After doing extensive research, I decided on Lily Anne cabinets. Quality is pretty good. Simplicity of assembly is straight forward. (I've never done RTA Cabinets before.) I absolutely DO NOT regret my decision to go with Lilyann cabinets! Watch the assembly videos on YouTube. They really are simple to put together & yet you still get quality all wood cabinets with all the features you'd expect from a premium cabinet company such as Kraftmaid or equal.

I worked with Johnny on the phone prior to placing my order. If there is any way to give him credit for the sale I would appreciate it. When my wife placed the online order, she did not know who I worked with.
