Impressed w/ the whole process. The all plywood boxes are a great positive for LilyAnn Cabinets. Units are very contractor/installer friendly. Having them assembled by the warehouse is a great, must use, advantage as well. Any issues w/ the product were handled and made satisfactory. I was a very skeptical contractor going in but LilyAnn made a believer out of me. They definitely receive my seal of approval. (for whatever that's worth);-)

Great cabinets and great customer support
I've heard good things about your company, we are working on several properties currently and I am anxious to receive the samples. I will be sending my kitchen layout later today or tomorrow in hopes of getting started very shortly.
Only issue I have is that it was not clear that the toe kick needed to be ordered when purchasing online. As a result i needed to pay additional shipping.
After experiencing problems with my first order, the company really stepped up and replaced all of my cabinets with a higher grade at nearly the same low price and worked to get them to me within a tight time frame to meet my deadline...so they really bent over backwards to make it work! Outstanding customer service. I appreciate everyone who helped and would order from LillyAnn again. Recommended!
Good overall experience
Website was easy to navigate, many options to choose between. Live help was very helpful with all questions.
Overall quality looks good. First drawer that I attempted to assemble was not built correctly, but they are shipping the correct piece. Next 3 drawers went smooth.
The kick area of the cabinets will need a trim piece as the front of the side boards are not finished. Wish I would have known that as it will cost me an additional $100 in shipping alone to get the trim pieces.

Ordered 60" of bath cabinets, one 24" vanity and three 12" drawer units. The RTA design is nice and very sturdy. I didn't realize the drawer and doors were a MDF material. I would pay more $ for a hard wood of some type. Time will tell if they hold up to use. The soft closer hardware works...just a different touch than my kitchen cabinets I'm certain I'll get used to this over time. I did order a very expensive crayon and color pen ($22) to fix any nicks or dings.
