Johnny was great helping me with my order. We were missing a few bumpers and one of the drawers had a crack and Liliyanncabinets replaced the cabinet and sent out the bumpers very quickly. Cabinets were easy to assemble and product quality is better than expected.
We will be buying more cabinets from LilyAnn.
We had to call roger it delivered timely as it was going to be weeks at first.
You have beautiful cabinets. Wish you had a few more sizes though. I had to order my cabinets elsewhere because I needed one cabinet in which it's size was not offered. I would have rather ordered from you. Thank you for you the free sample, it was exactly what I wanted.

5+ years ago I designed a remodel of our aging kitchen. In my original layout I located our dishwasher at the end of the short run of the "L" to the left of our corner sink. I shared my layout with the Lily Ann kitchen designer. They recommended that I move the dishwasher to the right, inboard of the 9" cabinet. I followed that suggestion.
It turned out to be the wrong choice. In doing so it made the working arrangements at the sink difficult at best. We couldn't load dishes from the sink to the dishwasher. We couldn't access the corner cabinet to get detergent if the dishwasher door was open.
I finally decided to go back to my original design. In looking through the Lily Ann catalog I found a "Dishwasher End Cap". That raised the question WHY if the Lily Ann designer recommended not having the dishwasher on the end. I ordered the end cap & moved the dishwasher. The kitchen layout is now functioning as I had originally designed. Sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling. We are much happier.
Ryan Swisher was extremely helpful and even provided a design picture what the cabinets would look like in our space.
We had a problem with the way the hinges fit into the cabinet doors, but Lilyann made it right with no problems

I am satisfied with the cabinets themselves, although there were definite hiccups with the assembly process, and lack of accurate instructions and hardware. The wrong hinges were shipped for the lazy susan cabinet, it was misrepresented to have a shelf if you chose not to purchase the additional lazy susan, which was not included, and the screws included in the hardware kits were different every time we opened a new bag of hardware. I am a general contractor, so these issues were not insurmountable, but did slow down installation and detracted from the great service I had received up to this point. I would buy again, but with expectations lowered as to what will be received and allow for extra assembly time, which I hadn't factored in on the last install. Thanks

I love my new kitchen the only problem I had was a tractor trailer delivered the cabinets. It could fit dow my street so I met the truck up the road from my house and loaded the boxes one by one into my puck up truck. So you may ask why didn't you load the skid into the pick up truck. Well one VERY large skid held all the cabinets and fell apart as the truck driver was moving the skid with his hand truck. So we quickly set the skid on the ground and got it in my truck in two trips. Luckily nothing was damaged and am over joyed with the results
