So far we've had an excellent experience with LilyAnn for our kitchen remodel and plan to use these cabinets for future projects!
All in all, decent cabinets... but leaving me hanging on the returned cabinet because UPS damaged it (or your packaging wasn't up to UPS standards) is leaving me with a nasty taste in my mouth.

Just received a sample of which I was very pleased. Waiting now for the contractor to order a new vanity for me.

Web site is a little crazy to use but figured it out
Ordering was very easy to do. The quality for the price is great. I will order from them again.
Overall we love the quality of the cabinets. I do wish you had some type of on line planning for the kitchen. But I understand why you might want to do that. As someone could design a kitchen then buy it else where.
But we made a few mistakes in measuring and lay out that would have been avoided if we had used some type of computer program to help us. So we are to blame no doubt. But I have design kitchen with that and there were no errors because the computer doesn't let you.
Second issue and not a big deal but could be better. With the door hinges you use. You cannot open two cabinets doors (up or base) next to each other at the same time as the doors hit each other. I have never seen that before in kitchen cabinets.
So far so good. I was disappointed in shipping charges on secondary/supplemental order.
Live in Orlando, drove to the store in Clearwater to sit with Heidi. We worked out all the details of the kitchen and a bathroom layout and I ordered four days later. The cabinet construction beats IKEA by leaps and bounds.
Some of the products arrived with some surface scratches, but I was told that I could just call Customer service and they would replace the cabinet doors. Other than that I was very satisfied with the product, price and delivery.
