In the quote tool, I find that it often doubles the quantities for my list of items. This probably happened just about every time I went in to look at my quote and or modify it. It was annoying to have to go through and modify the quantity almost every time, some sort of glitch in the software, but could use your attention. Thanks, John.

Cabinets are good quality, look nice and are easy to assemble. Installation instructions could be better.
It's been a pleasure working with Johnny. Once I opened the boxes and started to put them together I realized there were missing screws and screws that were different styles even though the direction showed only 1 type of screw.

The hickory cabinets are beautiful! Excellent quality and great customer service at every step of the way. The instructions were missing in a couple of the boxes and your company was extremely helpful in finding the video that guided us. Easy to assemble too.

Did great on the last two jobs
I received my entire purchase with very minimal damage. All 14 cabinets were in exceptional condition however the ply wood was crushed on all corners. I am so pleased with the quality of the cabinets that I did not complain. Thank you lilly ann cabinets for great service!
