These used to be a reasonable purchase option but with shipping and wait times are not rehabber friendly. You really should look into franchising to drop the massive shipping cost.

First time buying cabinets, not to mention online so very confusing at first between options, "how it works", etc. Bill helped us through the process which now seems slightly less complicated. Appreciate the support.
Miss-marked boxes caused confusion, directions are very vague at best, non-existent for random trim pieces as well as lazy susan (installed just by "figuring it out", and a cabinet piece was NOT dove tailed as it needed to be causing us to have to put a claim in and wait for a replacement part (which they sent right away).
Good quality cabinets and like most other comments or reviews, great way to save money if you're willing to deal with a little frustration here and there.

In the decision making process on new construction.
Easy ordering once I had my contractor verify layout. Contractor assembled for me since I ended-up with a fractured wrist. He only had difficulty with 96 inch tall cabinet when sliding the panels into grooves. Very solid, beautiful cabinets. I have a lovely kitchen!
Sales reps were able to meet our needs quickly and saved us lots of money!

No Problems so far,ordered the farmhouse sink and cabinet but the cabinet came with two different faces and we installed the wrong one, by the time we figured that there were two,packed separate it was to late to change.so we now have a useless sink.I wish we were told about the sink base had two different faces.
