Many pieces had shipping damage, thankfully almost all of it abutted other cabinets except a gouge in the base under the sink. There's no communication after the initial email stating the order is pending. Some material was shipped and arrived quickly while the balance was to be picked up at the warehouse but I had to contact them 3 times to determine if/when the product would be available, only to discover that it had been sitting there all along awaiting pickup but I was never notified.
Chuck Bennet has helped me design/buy/build 6 or 7 Lily Ann kitchens so far, always helpful.

I love my cabinets. I am so pleased with them that I have already referred 3 people to you that are looking for new cabinets.
Products are great. All wood construction, and very solid. The website is a little difficult to navigate on iPad
Bill was a great help to me as this process has taken over 5 months. I had some difficulties with website and ordering different from what he quoted me but in the end it worked out. Can't wait till they arrive!

We only had one small problem...a left and right side were missing from one package, I called them and wthin a few days we had the material.
Good quality cabinets at the right price
We purchased cabinets for our bathroom we were remodeling. I didn't understand the RTA meaning when we purchased them. The cabinets were assembled with good results. We purchased pull out drawers for the cabinets and were sent the wrong size. We needed parts to complete the project and after several calls Lilly Ann supplied the parts to complete the project.

Super easy to assemble. By 16 year old son and I could assemble a 3 drawer base in about 29 minutes. They are sturdy plywood cabinets. Much better for the price than other options.
It was very great experience
Decent quality. Instructions very unclear but good videos on the website.
I loved the 3D design, it allowed an opportunity to visually see how the room would look based on the quote provided. I added a couple extra items and it was easy to call and get an updated quote. We installed ourselves & wish there were more detailed plans on installation (pieces required for each wall). We did end up making a few adjustments, because we didn't have detailed directions on the pieces for each wall.
Customer service has been outstanding! My contractor was really impressed with the quality of the cabinets. Said they were better construction materials than the custom cabinets I had installed in my kitchen up north, that cost a whole lot more. Looking at other rooms in the house to remodel with LilyAnn Cabinets.
Great service and great product. Live my new kitchen!
