I ordered several items from this shop. When I received the merchandise, much was not as pictured. I ordered a sweater & it was a woven fabric but not a sweater. I received some socks that looked nothing like the pictures. When I inquired about a return, I was told I would have to send it to China which would cost more than 40 dollars. They offered me 15% off on my next purchase instead. What a ripoff! I also I had a similar experience with a shop named Zulily. Gee, do those name sound similar? (they're probably the same company) I've learned my lesson, won't be ordering from either again.

This is what I get for trusting what are clearly a lot of fake reviews. I ordered a selection of tops; none of them look remotely like they are represented online; they are poorly made from cheap materials. Embarrassingly bad. I got a "bonus gift" of a pair of earrings that look like something you'd get out of a gumball machine (not kidding).
I anticipate returning everything. I'm leaving two stars at this point in the hopes that the customer service on the return is cooperative. We'll see.

On this website I ordered a set of long skirt and top, two shirts and a short skirt and everything is of very good quality, they have a lining so that nothing is transparent. It also takes a few days to arrive but it's okay.

I ordered 3 items for my wife of 9 years on October 4th, and they weren't even showing shipped on the 15th. I opened a dispute to get a refund on the 15th. Then they sent 1 out of 3 items with a tracking number as soon as I opened a dispute. My package arrives with only 1 item, but they tell pay pal they shipped all three. If that is the case why is your online tracking system showing 1 of 3 items recieved by me the customer.
I purchased a pair of shoes, they were way oversized. I requested to return them and was told I would have to ship them to China at my own expense. They offered me a 15% cash refund as an alternative. Here is the email I received from them ": Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
