I unfortunately believed the high rating reviews Lilicloth received. I ordered 2 sweatshirts, a sweater, scarf, storage containers, and a long sleeve t-shirt.
1) It has been 2 months & I still have not received the t-shirt.
2) Both sweatshirts were not the quality expected. The hoodie was the wrong size & was more sponge-like than usual sweatshirt hoodies. The crew neck sweatshirt was more like a thicker long sleeve t-shirt. It was slick nylon long sleeve outside with a thin polyester weave inside. The outside prints were the same as the pictures in the advertisement.
3) The sweater was totally different. The advertised sweater was a soft loose weave with flecks in the yarn to make a 'polka dot' appearance. I ordered grey with black flecks. I received a brown, tight weave, stiff sweater with multicoloured 'polka dots'.
4) The scarf I ordered was a soft looking, felted knit in appearance with an abstract design. The fabric I received is a thin, stiff polyester square more placemat-like than a scarf. The print is like a photo of the design from the advertised scarf printed onto the thin polyester.
The service responded very quickly to my queries. The return process is so complicated that it discourages one to go through with it, plus the cost of return to China would be mine.
They could only offer 15% refund on the 2 items. I made an over $100 order & will be getting $7.83 refund-- I hope.
I only asked for a refund on the 2 items that were clearly not as I expected. I will make do with the other items received. The company may not have been honourable but I do not plan to stoop to that level.
This review is only to serve as warning to future customers. The pictures are very nice. The actual products are not. The one star is only because I thought I had to put a rating. If I could have it would have been 1/2 star only for their prompt response.

I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift and it arrived on Dec. 9. It was too small for the recipient, so I contacted Lilicloth on Dec. 26 (17 days after arrival) because I wanted to exchange the shirt for a larger size. They don't do exchanges, only returns, which is fine. However, their return policy is 15 days. Period. They refused to take back the shirt even though I was going to buy another. I replied again, trying to appeal to their sense of fairness or reasonable behaviour, but they still refused. So for the sake of 2 days, they've lost any future sales from my entire family. Congratulations! Other products that I also bought from them are relatively poorly made and the sizing is way off.
I love this clothing site and like. The casual styles offered. I am an online shopper... have up on the malls long time ago! Thank you!

Very satisfied with all my clothing purchases here. If someone is a little concerned about buying a product from the internet, I can understand that they were, but since then I have ordered many clothes, I am a very satisfied customer.
High quality, the skirt I bought from this online boutique arrived on time and looked exactly like the photos on the website.
Not a sweatshirt, but a t-shirt too thin for winter wear. Not a "Christmas" top because it is not a true red, way too orange. Snowflakes just round dots. Very disappointed after waiting from November 11 to Dec 24 to receive.

The delivery of my purchase took a bit longer than expected, as it was a Christmas gift, and came too late. I do not yet know about the quality since it is a gift, and the person who received it has not yet had a chance to wear and launder it. So I can not be sure about shrinkage at this point.
