Shipping cost was high for a t-shirt. Shipping time was several weeks. (I understand Covid issues etc., but 4 weeks seemed excessive). That being said, the t-shirt was really cute and the quality was also good. I would order from Lilicloth again, but would allow a lot more time for shipping if this was a gift.

I have bought many items from here and I always have super fast delivery and I have loved all my items! Unfortunately, my last item I ordered came in the wrong color, but I emailed showpo (at 11 p.m.) and it responded immediately and resolved the issue. You have amazing customer service, I will definitely keep buying from you :)
Pretty easy shopping online and a lot of selection. I wanted them for Christmas, unfortunately, due to covid and overseas shipping it didn't make it in time.
I was happy to see my packages on my doorstep.
The boots I ordered are cute and fit perfectly. When I tried on the shirts, half of them were too small and very form fitting. I had ordered the same size for everything, not taking into account how much spandex was in the garments. I'll be returning the shirts I can't use.

Before I went on vacation after quarantine, and ordered a dress online from this werbsite. Everything came fast, faster than I expected. And both dresses are amazing!
Merchandise is undersized and defective.
However, the merchant refuses to exchange or issue full refund, citing:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." None of these were listed in Return Policy either on website (https :// lilicloth. Com/information/RETURN%20POLICY) or in hardcopy Instructions included with merchandise.
I ordered five items from Lillicloth on December 20th. It's now January 15th and I FINALLY received two of the items today. One of them was a men's hooded sweatshirt that I ordered in a size XXL, just to be sure it wouldn't be too small, I wear an L or XL. The thing was SO SMALL I couldn't even get it on my body, at best, it was a Medium. The only larger size was an XXXL, and that would have been too small as well. No point in returning it, the postage is almost as much as the item cost, plus, I'd be willing to bet they'd never give me a refund anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!
Their shipping is the fastest and they have excellent customer service. Usually I just write an email and it is very nice and easy. I am very happy that it is so fail, it means that I can buy a lot more!:-)
