Easy to navigate, hope the tops are cute. The website was easy to navigate with many options of colours and shirt styles once I choose the "blurb" for the front.
1st time buyer. Love your products however the shipping cost were way higher than what I would expect and combine that with the time it took to receive the product was crazy. The shipping cost for my purchase was very close to the cost of the product which I thought was an excellent price. Bottom line, when I add the shipping cost, the good deal wasn't nearly as attractive as it appeared. I do however love your whimsical Tee Shirts and sweat shirts.
Had a slight issue getting to the check out. Haven't dealt with lilicloth before so will reserve judgement until I receive my purchase.
Trouble with sizing seem to be between m&l. One shirt with misspelled words. You would not send another to correct problem. Will not buy from you again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Quality poor. Described as a sweatshirt, WASN'T! THIN. No correspondence via email OR text about delivery, ect. I HAD TO INITIATE ANY CORRESPONDENCE. Tried returning product. Cost to return would be 2x the cost of the shirt! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN... EVER!

Nothing fits. Neck holes big enough to drive a car through, sleeves down to my knees, no room for breasts or hips, binding under the arms... then I see I'm expected to pay to return this stuff? No, it's all going straight to the thrift store.

Clothes not as pictured. I take a size 2x and bought 3x and extremely small and did not fit. Ordered 2 of the same item in 2 different colors, only received one but was charged for 2. Was told the navy one was out of stock and never received it. Did not bother to return the clothes, or get a refund for the one out of stock. Would not purchased from them again. Lesson learned

The website is all over the place. It doesn't remember that I pay in GBP. There are offers of discount for 50%, 10%, & 20% -?-! Crazy! You don't have an express delivery, but when I went over a certain amount it was free, then it was $17.99. Not a great experience.

Not all of the items I purchased fit the same. While I was satisfied with the product, I wish all had fit the same. Color and quality were fine and I was very pleased. I would suggest that a notation be placed on the product indicated if sizes ran true.
