Quick and easy we live in the United State's, not Chine. They need to use the size chart of the United States, the under shirts, pull overs are to small. The under shirts are to thin, should be heavy material. Two of the 6 shirts we're supposed to 3XL, there shipped small and did not replace with the size that I order and still charged me for them. Did not replace with the size that I order. Would not buy nothing from them again.
First time shopping hope I will like every thing. Worried about sizing. I would have to day over all I was satisfied. Sizing was a little crazy. The sleeves were a little long and I have long arms
Easy and straightforward. When I placed the order they said I would be notified with shipping details. That did not happen but when I returned to the site to review the order the tracking info was there after a few days.
I expected the items to be delivered much sooner than they actually were.
What surprised me was the GREAT Quality of the shirt fabric material.- it was not your typical cotton T-shirt - this light fabric will be a delight to wear in the hot summer! THANK YOU!

My experience was great, with all the choices, it did take me awhile to decide. But once I decided, it was quite easy to order. Had a option to slip up the payments which I took advantage of into 4. I made 2 payments, then paid the remaining balance. Really easy.
The quality of materials is extremely poor, using thin synthetic material rather than appropriate sweatshirt fabric. One item I ordered was not shipped, I heard nothing from them for 3 MONTHS and had to contact them. Then they said it was not in stock, never informing me beforehand. Customer service was awful, refunds were very slow. This is a company to be avoided at all cost.

I have ordered several times from Lilicloth and been totally satisfied with my purchases but this last time I was not. I am usually a size small in their tops - I ordered 6 tops this time and 3 fit and 3 were way too small. They discourage returns so I will give them to charity. At least I had a great coupon!
Great if I get them on time! Took long time to get them, but got in time for Christmas.
Very easy. Used chat which was also very good with Ada. Only problem I have is I normally wear a 2XL assuming some shrinkage. Your product didn't shrink but was too small prior to laundering. I'll know better next time.

If I could give Lilicloth ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it.
According to their website, it took literally 2 weeks just to process the order. Their website delivery tracker isn't anything to talk about either with little to no info on it. If you expect to get something delivered from them and need it in a hurry, DON'T BOTHER.

Purchased 3 t-shirts on their website, for which I was immediately charged $55.
Only 2 actually shipped and were delivered. These were poor quality, with thin/cheap feeling fabric, and were far smaller than expected/is typical.
I then spent a huge amount of time trying to navigate Lilicloth's return system. On-line customer support was virtually useless and it took multiple attempts and HOURS to successfully send a request to return the part of my order I'd received (totally not worth the time I had to invest, even if it resulted in a full refund, however...).
That was just the start of my problems with Lilicloth. Though their online return policy says nothing about paying return shipping, I was told I had to pay return shipping to CHINA! For my ~$37 worth of t-shirts, USPS shipping runs about $30... and then Lilicloth state any refund is dependent on their assessment of what they receive. In other words, it could conceivably end up costing me more to return these then to just do nothing and accept these jerks had taken my $$!
So, I'm out $55... I've yet to see any refund for the non-delivered t-shirt and have no real way to return the lousy ones I received. Save yourself $$ and hassle by avoiding this company!
