I ordered two tops for myself, both size medium. One is too small and will need to be returned, the other is a little too big but is a "flowing" style and I think it will be okay after washing.
I don't like that I can't choose between the 10% off my first order and the $15 off an order over $79. Therefore, I ordered less because I couldn't choose the $15 off
Wish my cart would have saved the items I had put in. Went back a few days later to complete and had to start all over again
Took an excessive amount of time to receive the order. It was advertised as a sweatshirt but is SO thin that it is more like a long sleeve t-shirt. I won't buy anything else from Lilicloth. Nothing.

Initially I wasn't impressed because there were not many shipping options/shipping cost choices.
Shipping took a lot longer than expected, though I know this was partially due to the holidays it was a while for the amount I paid in shipping. I got these items as gifts so I haven't been able to size check yet but so far designs are as promised ant they look very nice. I am very excited to give them to their new owners!

I have pictures where you have different totals listed on the same page of how much more I needed to buy for free shipping. A difference of $10. Additionally I think your shipping fees are exceptionally high. Especially for someone who has never shopped on your site before and has no clue about how legitimate it is.

Shipping cost of your order depends on the shipping distance and weight of the packages. We also provide free shipping service for orders reaching a certain amount, for now it`s $109 after discounts (excluding pre sale and final sale items).

Realize it took awhile to deliver, but should have received updates. Sweatshirts not as expected, kind of cheaper with iron on patch. Teashirt was nice
Lolicloth does not permit returns when a customer is not satisfied with the product. Shame on them! My husband ordered a t-shirt. After 3 weeks it arrived. It looks CHEAP and POORLY made. The neck is raveling and it is still in the package. Also, the hem is not finished. Pure JUNK!

If you are displeased with your product you have a set time frame to have it returned or you will not get it returned -- you also have to ship it via tracking which cost more that an item is worth. I also found with sizes you should go one size up but for t-shirts they are comfortable. I would never buy knitted items, jewelry, or items that seem to good to be true they usually are not as advertised as you can see in the photo attached.

Item was WAY TOO BIG despite looking at their size chart. Asked for exchange and told not! Asked to return for refund and told I had to send it back to China at a considerable expense and time.
