It took too long to receive items. Website is not customer friendly. No way to check on order and if I wanted to return, no option to. I won't use this company again. Cheap fabric too.
I didn't see another option for shipping. I would like to get the order her by Xmas but all I saw was 12-15 days.
Admittedly, I ordered late in the holiday season; however, I celebrate Christmas until Twelfth Night, so I was in no particular hurry. I received a notice that the item had shipped on 29 DEC, but it did not arrive until 14 JAN. All's well that ends well: I would order from Lililcloth again if I were in no particular hurry. Selah.
Great selection for men & women. Easy to find items on website.
Sizes came larger or smaller in half of my orders than what I expected. Used sizing charts too.

The shirts for men seem to be cut small and did not wash well. They shrunk and are unwearable for the person they were intended.

Cost a lot to ship. Didn't know that it was an oversea item.
These were Christmas presents but didn't get them till afterwards.
The website is fine but you need to ship this stuff a lot faster. I've never encountered a slower shipper than you.
Other than the website sometimes freezing, it was a fun experience.
Everything fit great, other than I ordered a size small T-shirt and it felt more like a large. I'm thinking it was perhaps labeled wrong. I'll still wear it. I loved everything I bought

Easy to Navigate through. Items were different and nice!
S&H way to high and it took a long time to get where I sent it as a gift to my sister.
No where on the website does it say the shirts will take one month for delivery. There should also be a noet that the sizing is smaller than average American. I had to give all (7) of my shirts to people that could wear them. People that wear a large could wear the XXl. The men's Large is really a men's small.
4 weeks shipping, unacceptable. I will not be buying from them again.

I purchased several adorable tee shirts. When I looked at the material, I saw they were all a cotton and polyester blend. I had noticed on the website where it discussed washing instructions that none of the items I purchased had specific washing directions. It did say that some items on the website had a recommendation of dry cleaning. I did not even consider that for a cotton/poly blend tee shirt. I would not have purchased anything that required dry cleaning. I washed the items, and they all shrunk to the point I could not wear them. I've given the shirts to friends that have children they will fit. I will not purchase anything from Milk lots until they mark washing instructions on all their items specifically on their website.

It may be my iPad but it was hard to back track when I was looking up information like size measurements. Also I like to see continue shopping more emohasized
Other than lengthy shipping time (took a little over 2 weeks), Not sure where company is located.
More expensive than I thought. Very disappointed in sizing. The XL t-shirt fit better than the XXL Shirts.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
