I love Lilicloth shirts. They are very comfortable. However, I am on a fixed income and the shipping charges often times prevent me from ordering. When I pay more for shipping than the item I'm buying costs, then I usually don't buy. Today's order was very iffy for me. I finally decided to buy as I wanted a couple items for Christmas gifts. However, it took about 6 weeks for the order to be delivered and didn't arrive for Christmas.

I ordered 3 items on Dec 10th and each were sent separately with two items stuck in "processing" for weeks. There was no indication that these items weren't 'in stock'. Also those two items were Xmas gifts and didn't arrive until Jan 10th & 13th. I liked what products were on the website, but will think twice about placing future orders if shipping and not in stock are issues. Also these items were made in China and that wasn't revealed.
Items were easy to find in both men and women's.
I thought the delivery time was even slower than anticipated, you responded with details and offered a discount. Very good customer service, thanks!

LOUSEY CHEEP QUALITY & MEN'S XL was WAY TOO SMALL. Women's small was TOO BIG. The order was later than promised.

Shirts are very cheaply made, won't buy again or recommend.
The shipping was slow and had to wait for delivery.
The process is quick and efficient.
Daughter received shirt after a lengthy deliver time. (Double the time we were told it would take!) She said she loved it, and since the gift was for nothing special, it turned out OK.

As the title indicates, I was disappointed in the length of time it took for my order to arrive, particularly as they were intended to be gifts. Lilicloth does have a very nice selection, but the price is not cheap, the shipping cost is pretty high and, as stated, shipping was slow.

Your site kept putting things that I didn't want into my cart when I was placing my order. That was very annoying. I liked the sweatshirts though, and ordered one as a gift. I placed the order on December 16 in hopes of giving it to a colleague who moved to another job after January 7. It just arrived on January 15. I know postal delivery in the states has been slow but wow! This was astonishingly slow. As for the actual sweatshirt, I though I was ordering a women's medium. It is very big so now I wonder if it was unisex sizing. That should be made clear on your site if it's the latter. Since it had a woman model, I assumed women's sizing. This will be a bit big for the recipient, but that's ok. Also, the material isn't really sweatshirt material. It's more like really good quality t-shirt material. All that said, I think the recipient will love it anyway.

Your site kept putting things I didn't want in my cart. Very annoying. I like the sweatshirts though!

I bought this sweatshirt as a gift for an animal-loving friend. I was a bit nervous because I'd never ordered fro this company before, but I emailed with a question and got a speedy reply. They helped me track my package, and it showed up way faster than I thought it would! I'm very pleased with the product, and I'm sure my friend will love it! Thank you from Canada!
The finishing touches on the blouses were not what I expected. For example the sleeves did not seem finished.

I tried to place an order using my tablet and it never processes.
Material is not as expected, and the designs are actually printed on the fabric, versus the fabric being the actual design. Weird! Even though the looks are cute on the website, I will definitely not order from here again.

Realizing the mess with supply chain issues, I am still disappointed that when I placed my order it stated it would be delivered by December 28th. The order was split into 3 shipments with the last item being delivered on January 15th.
