My order shipped very quickly, and no surprises. I came here after an attempted order with the big online light bulb retailer with a number in their name. They told me 2 DAYS after ordering that 3/5 of the "In Stock" products I ordered were actually backordered and wouldn't ship for weeks. I came to LightUp and found the same products at a similar price. They shipped the next day. Will be shopping here again.

I ordered flood lights online and when my order didn't come I called customer service and spoke to Marcy who told me the item was no longer in stock even though it was listed on your site. She ordered a replacement with LED bulbs and unfortunately the flood lights are too large for my receptacles. The bulb should measure 3 and a 1/2 inches or less. I would like to return these floodlights and get the correct sized lights. Thanks
