Spent over $800 bucks and couldn't even find a 5% discount and I'm a return customer, 11 out of the 12 i ordered worked, usually 100% of them work, they're sending a replacement though so that's cool

Had one faulty fixture and was replaced with no questions asked.

Needed something to replace 4 foot tube lights and these fit the just what i needed

After visiting website I placed an order and paid, and upon reviewing site I noticed product was different from what I expected. I called about order@ 5:11 pm and voice machine said office closed. I left a message 12/20/2022. I received a call the next morning at 8:02 am but missed it. I called at 1:20 pm and spoke with Angie. After explaining my situation she said she would email shipping to see if order could be changed. I thanked her and ended the call. Lo and behold my order arrived and the product changed to what I had desired. I was pleased and grateful. Kudos to everyone involved and I am sure the great service rendered will be maintained by the excellent workers. That is why I titled it an Excellent American Based Company. Only time and need will tell if I will place another order but regardless I would not hesitate to recommend or refer your business to others. Again, thank you.

I have been buying my t8 bulbs from them for years and now the are discontinuing the bulb I always use which is the best t8 bulb I have ever used. Hate the thought of having to go elsewhere.

Had purchased other flat panel LED lights for home & office. This purchase was the same.

I ordered these lights one month ago. I was told it would take 7-10 days to arrive. This was very frustrating and put us a couple weeks behind schedule.

Order and received on time. Tubes are of excellent quality. I am throughly pleased and will purchase again.

Easy to install and has nice bright light. I had a really dark area and now this took care of it.
