Site says "Free Returns". NO. We received 3 dressing that were 3 sizes to small, and was told we had to pay shipping to Asia to exchange sizes. No way to talk to anyone. Zero stars for Customer Service. We were robbed.

Bought two items on line and received them 2.5 weeks later. Both were poor quality with the elbow patches in the wrong place. I therefore requested a return. After three requests they finally answered. I have to pay for shiiping both ways and it needs to be returned to China

Products are OK given pricing, but impossible to return, even when simply seeking exchange for a different size. Emailed them to ask for requisite form and never had a response. Sizing is all over the map in spite of chart on website. Too bad, because some of their products caught my eye and I would have considered future purchases. Just too much trouble to deal with them.

I ordered a dress and went by the sizing and it was way off. The dress was beautiful but I had to have it altered to wear it. Use the measurements as a guide, not the sizing.
I like the variety of items and the prices are very good. However, once you add taxes, shipping, handling and insurance, the deals are maybe only somewhat good. Items are generally fairly good quality. Sometimes the delivery gets a little slower than one might wish as it doesn't leave the warehouse as quickly as some other orders. And of course, coming from
China to the U.S. isn't a short distance.

I first was attracted to Light In The Box by an e-mail special event. The prices werre extremely good and the products offered seemed to match. While most on-line shopping experiences turn out to be disastrous and have warnings all over the internet, this one did not seem to fit in that category. I went ahead and placed an order and was comfortably surprised. The items I ordered were of a decent quality and met my expectations more that adequately.
One sweater in particular pleased me so much that I ordered a second in (I thought) a different colour, turned out I hit the wrong button so to speak and now have two the same. I keep hoping to find it advertised to be able to order it again in the different colour, but no luck.
The clothing I ordered, for Christmas gifts, was ideal; quality and style and size all worked well and the recipients were well pleased.

Once again my order with LightInTheBox has been a successful adventure. My greatest fear is that shopping here is becoming an addiction. I have completedalmost all of my Christmas shipping without setting foot outside the house, at the same time adding to my sweater collection. Such fun./
I discovered Light in the Box unexpectedly, not sure where or how, but it was an e-mail special and shopping was a delight. Oh, the money I saved.
I have returned to their sites several times, finding it easy (too easy? Lol) to get around the sites and easy to shop. Prices are good and sale prices even better.
For the most part the quality, style, and available colors are exceptional. I have found only one item that I shall have to return as it does not work, a clothing vacuum that I thought would change my life as it is supposed to remove pet hair from clothing. I really love Your store but I can not afford a $12 service charge on every purchase other have quit buying form you for that reason.I can go to any online site and they only charge normally $3.50 or $5.50m for shoes or other larger items.Not $12.

So far, I have purchased several items from light in the box. I like the clothing. With such a variety and good quality material, it's easy to find just the perfect items. The price is very reasonable. Also, I am very pleased with the illuminates. They are dainty yet perfect to put into little groups to shed just the perfect amount of light.
