Receiving clothing and returning

I purchased a hooded vest in the size I normally wear…large. When it came, it was considerably too small. You asked me to return it by way of the United States post office, and I complied and sent it via the USPO. The USPO said the returned merchandise was received successfully by you.
It took a long time to receive the first vest, and I have yet to hear from you concerning the returned item or whether You're going to actually exchange it or refund the money,
I will not order merchandise from your company until I hear something on this initial order. God bless.

Clothing ordered

The clothes took a very long time to get here. Probably the time of year was a part of it, but, I wasn't happy, none the less. There was only one piece of clothing that fit. The sizing is very inconsistent. The quality was very poor as well. I will NEVER order from your company again! I feel it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will also tell my friends and family NOT to order from Light In the Box!

Item was completely different than what was advertised. 2xl size means they don't " scale" properly. The image they advertise is probably a small...when going large sizes the laces stop halfway up the garment. It looks like something young gay men would wear in a gay sexclub. Deep v neck. Very gay.

Better than expected

Recently purchased two articles described as T-shirts but they are so much nicer and more versatile than the description. I like both very much and can dress them up with nice slacks or emphasize the casual in jeans.

The purchase process was easy, delivery on time, the small size perfect for my frame and the material very comfortable.

These were my first buys from LightInTheBox but they will not be my last.

Wrong colours

The sizes of my turtle neck sweater was not the same. The black is too tight and I can't wear it. Also you have NOT send me the right colour. By the I live in Canada and NOT England so don't send me your advertisement with the English Pound. We use here Canadian Dollars
