I purchased 11 products & everything was of great quality, better than I expected, the prices are so reasonable, there was a small issue and the support staff was amazing, they solved the issue so fast, I was so impressed, overall experience 10 out of 10, I recommend to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices.
Unfortunately I used the sizing chart that they provided and it was way off, like two sizes off. After waiting for a couple of weeks to receive the pants I was so disappointed that I cleared out the additional 20+ items I was going to order. If they can't get something as direct as to get the sizes correct, how can I trust them to get anything else right. Sorry I ever ordered from them.

I have purchased many items for myself my wife and my family. Never been disappointed.
The shirt I ordered was too small. I wanted to exchange it but when I got to the Return or Exchange button on the website, it only addressed Returns not how to Exchange something. Additionally, if something needed to be returned or exchanged it had to be done within two weeks of ordering it. For me this would have been Xmas day when the gift had just been unwrapped! Do not order anything from this site, the quality is not that good and the return or exchange policy is unreasonable.

I have purchased a number of tee shirts and every one fit perfect, wash great and are very well made.
The lettering on the tee shirts is very well made has been washed numerous times and is as good as new. I would recommend this product to anyone.
The internal packaging was destroyed but fortunately the outer plastic bag held everything together. Very lucky that there was no damage to the boots.
The main material of the dress is like a piece of silky black handkerchief which is totally different from the picture. It would cling and hitch or tear very easily and looks very very cheap fabric. I couldn't find a way to return this because I'll never wear it and I showed my friends who order online often and they wouldn't wear it either.

I have been ordering various merchandise with Light in the Box. Occasionally, wrong or defective products are received. Nevertheless, when I contacted customer services after verifying the facts, they always handled it professionally and satisfactorily. I will continue to be a Light in the Box customer.
I need to return a blouse and although they have responded by offering me various deals in order for me to keep the product and have said if I need to return it that they will send me the instructions on how to do it. After many emails back to them, they have not sent me the instructions, therefore I am holding the blouse that I cannot wear.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
