I ordered a dress for a costume ball from lightinthebox and when it came it looked nothing like and was shoved in a bag without care for wrinkles etc. Just need to be careful really!. You better try Abbydress where you can find bargains. Or shop on ebay, amazon where you get more guarantee.
I bought a couple dresses and received a bill a month later from DHL for shipping. I will check the quality of the dresses... they are just play dresses for my grand daughters.
I have bought a lots of cosplay things from Litb, a wood sword among those things, and have only had good experience with them. I have never bought a wig there thought but I'm satisfied with what I have bought there.

Takes the piss. I ordered some boots as they were ''on sale'' only to discover postage and packaging was £15. This meant in total I paid approximately £33.50. Then a few days later the boots came out of the sale, and were £27.50 but with FREE P&P! So they tricked me into thinking as they were in sale I was paying less! I can't believe any company could be so horrible, tricking people into paying more when they think they are getting a better deal. I loved the boots so much and didnt want to miss out on them in the sale that I even got a payday loan to buy them! I just can't believe it I have been scammed! I then go to cancel my order and they say I will only have the shipping refunded! And absolute piss take, I will never, ever use this site again and I will make sure I share with everyone how awful it is. I want to cancel my order and I want 100% of my money back! Otherwise I am gonna write this review on every single review site I can find and make my friends do the same to warn people of you!

Beware - Extra shipping charges on delivery. In the terms and conditions but does not mention how much. Cost £24.26 on a Ukele. Prices seem cheap but are not!

Seemingly unbeatable price but the product you get will make you aware it is better buy something from Macy's or Harrods at a higher price because it's always the case that you will get something with a quality that will not meet your expectation.
I am having an issue with this site at this very moment. I placed an order on 11/16/13 and paid $23 or so extra for expedited shipping, which is supposed to take 3-5 business days, which would mean it should definitely be here by fri 11/22. So i can't understand why it says estimated shipping date is 11/30. Then the dress doesn't help me at all as my event is on 11/28. I would like to talk to someone about this, but when i made the order, it gave me the option to "log in thru facebook" instead of opening an account, without ever mentioning that thats a bad idea. Now, the ONLY way to get to anyone at customer service is to log into your account, which i dont have! Now i have no idea whether i will have the dress in time or not. Horrible, nonexistent customer service. For now, i am giving it one star. If someone from the company ends up helping me with this problem, and i get my dress on time, and i am able to send the other one back without it costing an arm and a leg(i ordered 2 sizes), i will change my rating.
I ordered some items from this seller, and chose PayPal to pay them. Although they'd got my payment, they didn't process my order but asked me to provide copies of my credit card and my ID card. This request was strange as none of other sellers who also got my payment via PayPal ever asked for. To be cautious, I didn't provide them my documents but asked them to cancel my order. They cancelled my order and refunded me my money.
I wonder if other consumers who bought their products provided them the documents as they requested? My opinion is that we can get scam very easily, so be careful... and why this guy wants more personal information AFTER he got the money? What is their purpose?
I have bought 2 dresses from this company and I think they're great. The quality of the dresses are fantastic and I would recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered a custom mother of the bride dress for my mother who is petite (4'10") and has had a shoulder replacement, so very hard to fit. The dress was fabulous, well made and looked just like the picture. Only minor tailoring was needed, which would be expected from a dress made sight unseen! My seamstress was awed at the price. Would definitely order dresses from them again. Mom almost stole the show for me at the wedding!

My wife ordered a dress which arrived after about three weeks the quality was very poor missed stitching poor quality materials but most of all the fit was was no where near the size 16 she ordered, the websites return policy states that returns for a refund are permitted within 7 days but they where having none of it and flatly refused to refund or exchange it was like a size 20 at the top size 12 at the waist and about six inches too long for my 5'7" wife who has no problem with normal size 16 clothing they said it was my wife that was the wrong shape and not their dress as it would not have passed their quality control BE WARNED! Give this company a wide berth it might look cheap but the goods are CHEAP N NASTY as is their none existent customer support. They clearly trade in the knowledge they are safe from reprimand because they are located in HONG KONG

Purchased 3 bracelets 45 days ago. They never arrived, company sent me 3 emails with tracking numbers that were not valid and now tells me that I have to wait 25 days for a refund. I will believe it when I see it. Do NOT shop from this site!

I ordered 2 white clutches for my Bridesmaids while they were on sale AND offering free shipping for the holidays and I could not be more pleased about the order. The clutches were just as beautiful as in the picture if not More. Very happy, will shop here again for sure.

We've bought curtains twice from LightInTheBox and have been pleased with both sets. The material feels nice and the light plays off it a just a little bit. Although they are light, they block the light very well. The curtains have been sent quickly and packaged well. They were folded and can go right up on the rod. The price seems right to us - we would buy these again.
I have purchased fashion dress 22 dress for my wife from LITB for $560. I have got all the item on time and the design was very good.
I will recommend for my friends and relative to purchase from Light in the Box. Pros is excellent customer care good relation from their team.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
