I have bought several items from Lightinthebox and I have to say, I was very impressed. The customer service is absolutely excellent and the shipping and delivery is excellent as well. You get your items intact and on time. The quality of the products is also very good, and if you are not happy with a product, Lightinthebox will either refund you back your money or may provide you with a coupon. I was quite impressed with this, so on my part, I do intend to continue shopping at Lightinthebox.
I bought loads of items from miniinthebox with is actually the same company as lightinthebox. The package arrived within a week. I couldn't believe it:)
I'm very much happy from what the items turned out. They looked legit and the designs were impeccable! I would definitely buy more in the future.
Although, since I live in Denmark, I had to pay taxes. I bought items in the total of 390kr. And had to pay 160kr. I've purchased 18 items from miniinthebox but there was only 16 items. The other 2 hasn't been shipped yet but I already paid full price for them. I would gratefully appreciate it if they put the exact amount on how much you pay for the taxes.
But definitely thumbs up for the quality :)
I have ordered items from LITB several times and overall I am happy with the service they provide.
Here is what I can add to the reviews on this company...

When you receive a product that isn't good or doing what it is supposed to do, then always contact customer service and explain the issue and they will come up with a solution (I have done this and the after-sale service was great)

Their prices... I am sure that some items are still very cheap, but I am predominantly looking at cosmetics and I am starting to see a change in their prices. Some items are even more expensive than in the USA (but are identical)... that to me is a shame because cost was my first reason for buying directly from China. Still... one can choose not to buy the item.

Delivery times... what I like is that they have delivery options. If you need something fast, it is possible but you will end up paying the courier fees (which is the case everywhere). If you are looking to pay ZERO for shipping then that option is available too but the service is slow. It takes usually 2-3 weeks before receiving the goods (and they can't be tracked). These are choices and considerations to make.

Their customer service team is very helpful, friendly and service minded. I rarely experience this these days. Not once have I received a standard reply, it has always been a personal one, which makes me feel I am a valued customer.
I would have given this company 5 stars based on their customer service... but the pricing issue has been a bit of a let down so 4 stars.
I really like this site, a near addiction. Many flash sales, loads of choice and style of clothes, shoes, bags... I've had a few issues which have been dealt very courteously. I regret that that there is no telephone number though I can understand the reasons behind this so I won't be harsh on them for this, but I wish customer service could sign their responses as it seems that we sometimes deal with different people and it feels nicer to have a name. Despite the issues, I am still a happy customer. The sales coming from China, Light In The Box cannot be held responsible for expediting problems and country taxes as many seem to confuse where liabilities lie. A big fan of LightInTheBox.
Make sure you understand their return policies and cancellation policies. Understand that it may cost you $50 to cancel a$100 order. Understand that just because an item says it ships in twenty-four hours does not mean that your particular size or color can ship in twenty-four hours. Understand that receiving your item may take a month and a half. If you understand all of these things and are ok with them then use Light In The Box. I will not use them again.
I needed a gown for a company event and when i found this site, I was amazed at the huge selection and ease of purchase. Any questions i had was quickly answered and check out was simple and clear. I wouldn't hesitate to make this my number one place for purchasing!

First package came in and it was great. Next day the other one came in and it was the wrong order, nothing closed to what I ordered. It was someone else's. I also paid an extra $15.51 for expedited shipping so this was very disappointing. I was hoping for a cute purse to come in, but I guess not..

I have bought my wedding crown and earrings set from here in 2011 and just recently at the end of 2013 I have purchased a pair of shiny tights that fit perfectly (my husband loves them ;) - and three nail polishes - very pretty colors. I have no complaints. As a matter of fact I am currently looking for more tights and I am checking out their dress collection. I am not a dress person but I do think it is important to have a few for the just in case occasions. Especially since Light In The Box has pretty good prices.
Lightinthebox.com was one of the best sites where it's easy to order, the delivery is excellent and on time. The products I purchased were outstanding, the fabric, tailoring and sizes perfect. It was a great experience, I felt the styles were different, good different, it's not like what you get in the market, and the pricing was great
I have been starting to advice my friends and family, cuz I was seen in a couple of weddings wearing the dresses I bought. A lot asked me and I strongly recommend it.

Terrible - I ordered a dress that was supposed to be ready to wear (i. E. not made to measure). Eventually they came back and said it would be dispatched 1 month after I had paid - too late for my event. When I tried to cancel they claimed that all there dresses were made on demand and charged me 50% of the total bill to to cancel. Don't trust them with your money.
Most reliable online shop to buy various electronics items with most reasonable cost. Very accurate items I found till today what ever I have purchased and very quick shipping. I suggest if you want to buy at reasonable price, go to MiniInTheBox.com.

I ordered a dress in clover for one of my bridesmaids. The dress arrived in a timely fashion and I must say I was surprised! The dress is beautiful, well made, good quality and the color is amazing not to dark nor to light. I can't wait to see all of the other bridesmaids dresses which were also ordered from lightinthebox. They all got the same color clover but all different dresses. I will keep you posted on all the other dresses as they arrive and how they all look together on my wedding day 8/3/14. Ordered on 1/28/14. Confirmed shipped same day. Paid extra for shipping 5-8 days. 2/9/14 No delivery and no record of order on MY ORDERS but they got their money. Will give two days then open resolution process with Paypal. Read about numerous problems. Let's see if they can save themselves from the trash heap.
2/14/14 update: Package arrived 2/10. Learned company is based in Beijing. Pretty good turn around considering. Quality is good. Sizing good... and wife loves it.

Fabulous product. Love it in my ensuite boudoir cloakroom toilet. Nice touch of class. Even the plumber was so impressed with price and quality he asked me for details of purchase and took photo's on his mobile to show his wife and friends.
A site with an abundance of goodies guaranteed you'll buy more than you expected, great value and I'm definitely hooked. Would probably have second thoughts buying items 50 bux or more, great novelty and nic nacs.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
