The dress i ordered is gorgeous. I loved how it was exactly according to my measurements. The color is absolutely beautiful. Everyone complimented me on this dress and here are some of the comments: "divine" "gorgeous" "red carpet moment". So you can imagine. Its perfect for any special occasion. I highly recommend this dress. Based on the kind of heels you are wearing with the dress you might have to get the train adjusted. Also, the customer service post order was very helpful, they took care of my request of early delivery after I had ordered and it came just in time.

In love! So glad I chose this dress! When the shipment came in I was TERRIFIED when I seen how small the box was! I was worried about nothing. We opened the box and pulled out the dress... It was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I custom ordered my dress to my measurements, it fits so perfectly... I do recommend ordering a petticoat with this dress if you want the fuller look (like the girl in the picture) I'm a full size woman, and the dress doesnt bulge me anywhere AT ALL! I will recommend this site to everyone I know looking for a dress! I ordered the dress in the champagne color and it goes with my skin tone so well! The only thing I didn't like was the shipping. DHL doesn't update their tracking very well at all and their estimated delivery time was "by 8pm" I called at 8am...

I and my supouse partner find this site 3 years ago, we was looking after CCTV cameras in all internet, finaly we stop at this site Lightinthebox.com., CCTV cameras was with good price instead 700euro in local shops we buy in Lightinthebox for 160euro with very good quality dvr and cameras still work 3 yrs just 1 camera from 4 was changed. We first buy different camera but we couldn't connect to ip address and Lightinthebox customer services exchange it with no problem-and we was paying by western union-, no delay! Now in this months I bought tablets for kids, they were amazing nice colors, kids are happy and surprised the speed of so cheap tablet, for the low price with good quality not everywhere you can buy. Now I now site where I can suit my needs with my pocket. From my experience Im sure Lightinthebox.com are trust site. I Will recommend - I already did, to my all friends!

I ordered one pair of jeans and one pair ofShorts in XXXL sise.
Several weeks later I got the jeans in 32 size marked with a pen by somebody as XXXL and th shorts in 34 size also marked with pen as XXXL.
I'm tring to arange return of the Items the last week, but they demand to send them picture of the clothes near by a ruler(They do not know what the have send me?).
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT BUY from them.

I bought a dress on this site, I needed a royal blue dress for my sister in laws wedding. I chose the custom made option as I am a bigger girl and needed a good fit right out of the box. Overall I paid $140 CAD for my dress, that is the custom made option, the expedited shipping and the duties, yes, there are duties for dresses into canada. I advise reading everything about your purchase prior to ordering. The site has all the info should you look. My dress came right on time, taking 4 weeks and customer service contacted me after I had a measurement wrong-the same day I ordered! Everyone loved my dress, as did I. Yes, I was apprehensive ordering online but the quality I received for the price was mind blowing. I ws so impressed I will be purchasing my own wedding dress from here. The one I want in the shop costs $3000 and they have a replica for $130! If anyone wishes to see, I've posted a pic on "light in the box wedding" on Facebook.

I was very sceptic as many others when I did my first purchase.And I will tell you why. Simply because it comes from China. Well if eastern companies continue to be so competetive and professional, the western world will soon drop that prejudice. Now after 10 purchases I have made I have no complaints and I am fully satisfied client of Light in the box.The products are true to the description on the website, they get delivered in reasonable time. I always choose super save shipping option and agree to wait few days more... My only disatisfaction has nothing to do with the company itself.It is the fact that I have a limit amount after which items get taxed on our side. So i tend to buy under that amount. Once I tried to ask them to lower the price for me and they didnt agreed which only proves my previous comment on being pro. I need to add that once they refunded me when the item was missing. I didnt go through any heavy duscussions.It was resolved easily.
