Lightinthbox is a SCAM! We ordered shoes and a dress. They delivered after 2 weeks, but the quality is the worst. So we wanted to returned the items. Now the problems starts. May 1st I write the request for a refund due to lack of quality. All the answers is standard answers avoiding to give me a clear reply whether or not I can return the items. I do not think they have real persons in the customer service. However I keep trying to get my money now since April 29th. DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX. Ordernumber: **************

Today I received the A-line strapless wedding dress that I ordered from Light In The Box just last weekend. After reading some of the other reviews on here, I'll admit, I was a little nervous. The dress came way faster than expected. There were shipping and customs expenses, but that's to be expected when ordering from across the border. Anytime you order online, be prepared to pay a decent amount to customs, the government loves their taxes ;).
As for the dress... I am incredibly impressed. It is very well made, and is almost identical to the picture, the detail that has gone into it is fabulous and it fits great, despite the fact that I just ordered a generic size. The price, even after shipping and customs, was far less than I would have paid in any dress store. Altogether the originally marked $127 came to approximately $220 after all the charges. This dress could easily be sold at a local store for $800 or more. Well done Light In The Box!
