Do not use them

Do not use them. They do not say you have to pay import duty. My clothes came to £42 and the amount I paid to ups was £21.54 that's 50% extra. Doesn't make them cheap to use. I had already paid extra for the delivery from their side. So that means I paid extra for then to have ups charge me a handling fee for something I have already paid for!

I wish I could give a zero star rating - one star is to exaggerate.
I've send back three items back to this company four months ago and I never received my money from them. Every time I write to them, I keep receiving the same standard message, that "I will hear from the account department within 5-7 working days". Four months have passed now, all I got was that reply four times now.

All I can say to people, who consider ordering from this company is DONT!
Don't bother, its not worth risking.
Besides their clothes does not match their pictures. That's one of the reasons why I've returned them

Very good site, helpful photographs. Would have been helpful to know exact extra costs of taxes and import duties before checkout. The taxes & import duties etc. amounted to nearly double the price of the item bought.

Should be negative 10. Ordered two dress for wedding they were late. One dress was ok after I had it altered the other dress is horrible. The worst is I was cured a huge custom charge about 3 weeks after I got the dresses. So I actually paid for the dresses 4 times. And they were not worth the price of one dress. I could have bought a better dress at Walmart. Beware!

I ordered a great pair of shoes and matching clutch on lightinthebox.com! I'm so happy with the shoes. I followed their size measurement chart carefully and ordered a 38. They fit perfectly. The clutch is also very nice just as pictured on the site. I'm going to a wedding in the Fall and I will look great.

2 small items ordered(clutch/purse and wedding cake server) on May 15 to be shipped via standard shipping. Order Shipped on May 22 and received on June 11. Shipping cost to Toronto, Ontario, Canada $18.33. No additional costs for duty/customs fees. Overall not too bad for shipping costs/time. Purse quality impressive for a really good deal; product appears to be a discontinued product as the product page is no longer available. Definitely very happy with this one! :) Personalized Wedding Cake server set - currently being addressed by customer service for misprint. They will be issuing a refund/coupon for the error. Super happy with their customer service! Will def shop here again & continue to refer to ppl! :)

Very good experience- the delivery time was excellent and the processing time is shorter then mentioned on the site. The clothes quality was worth the price (although i will have to wait to make sure that washing them doesn't alter them). All and all, surprisingly pleased with this website for the purchase of 6 sweaters. I have made a second order for couple of winter coats- waiting to see their quality and will post and update again.

Hello everybody,
Fingers away from lightinthebox! I should have read the reviews before ordering anything.
I ordered three products 3 weeks ago and they haven't been sent yet! The processing time is suppose to be 1-7 days.
When I'm asking the customer support why my package hasn't been dispatched yet, they just keep pushing the date and apologizing, but in reality nothing is being done. Keep away from this company if you don't want to lose your money and to be stressed all the time.

I have ordered 12 clothing items. It's been 6 days now and I got an email saying they have cancelled two tops as they are not in stock. The order has got delayed. They don't bother contacting you before hand and ask you if you would like some other color in those items. The price for both of them is dropped now. I asked them if they could honor the new reduced price and send me same items in different colors. They refused! The pre sales person named Alison is RUDE. I would strongly suggest you everyone PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE. Its not worth your money, time. It's frustrating process.
