Was not advised of custom charges, however I complained and light in the box paid half, when the dress arrived a hook was missing and there was some trailing threads, I was offered a ful refund to return, repair with a voucher to use on the site or to repair the dress myself and have a partial (substantial) refund. The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly, I paid a few pounds extra to have it made to measure and it was well worth it. I have to admit the customer service has been excellent, quick responses and quick resolutions, could not have been more helpful. The dress is fantastic, well made, gorgeous and good quality, I love it! I would definitely buy from them again!
