My housing complex has an outdoor mailbox complex that had a history of mail and packages being stolen. That has been fixed, and my package was found and given to me.
The package was delivered to the wrong box at my son's condominium complex (not the first time this happened--a delivery person issue, not Light's problem). Light followed up with my inquiry and took my detailed concern. Fortunately, the party to whom the package was delivered brought it by my son's place, so all is well. I'm always pleased with the designs, colors, quality.
Fit well quality is ok, but the color seem a bit fade then on the picture.
Order was filled well and any adjustments were acceptable. I haven't had any trouble with the orders I have placed. Thank you
Shipping is terrible but it's coming from across the world so can't expect miracles. One shirt was definitely not like the picture and the other stuff was OK. Not sure I will buy again but won't say never.

My wife bought an off-the-shelf dress Made in India and sold by lighting the Box. It did not match the picture and the size was incredibly off. You cannot contact them. You cannot return anything because they say that all dresses are TaylorMade. This is not a true statement. She has purchased other things in the past and been fairly satisfied with the last two dresses she was unable to speak with anyone or return them. Because they claim that every dress and piece of clothing is TaylorMade they do not offer a refund. What a rip off. Stay away from this company.

Shirt was packaged nicely, a good price and everything went smooth and timely.
I received my order in 5 days. This was my second order for the same shoes but one size up. They are a bit wider than the smaller shoe, but the length is perfect. So even thought they are a bit loose fitting, they are comfortable. A half size up would've still hurt my toes. It is definitely not something you want to wear if you plan a lot of walking, at least not me. There is no arch support. But they are very cute and perfect for a little party where you'll be doing a lot of sitting. I love them. They are as pictured.
I received these shoes on February 2. They projected the delivery to be between February 1 and February 9, so it arrived quite early. The package was damaged pretty badly, but the shoes were in fine condition. The box was made of very thin cardboard and wasn't really even what you'd call a box, but it was in a plastic bag so no harm. The shoes are really cute, but I have to say that they do run a tad small. So maybe a half a size up might've fit me perfectly. The shipping charges are high, so I'm going to just see if I can stretch the shoes out a little bit. They fit perfectly except for the toe. The shoe is just a little too short. Or I might give away and just order another 1/2 a size up. I want to add that the workmanship is not the best, i.e., the trim around the bottom of the shoes are not evenly applied, but who is going to notice? The strap is one long lace with loose beads. They are really cute and are not uncomfortable at all, but I had to put knots in the lace to keep the beads from falling off the lace. A small inconvenience, but I just wanted to include that. They are more for looks and are not going to do anything to support your feet, your arches, etc. I don't think I'd go for long walks in them. But I like them enough not to return them. I also am relieved that this is a legitimate company. So many scams out there. I will probably order from them again. They picture is exactly what it looks like.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
