A little small. I am a size 4/6 in dress and size 7 in pants and this is definitely tight on my hips, just a forewarning! But the material is thick and really nice. Fringe is lovely. Comfortable and super cute! The sides of the hips are snaps which makes me worried it'll come open easily. Overall, very nice. Thanks!

I have placed a small handful of orders from this website. I know going in the shipping time may be a little longer and I'm OK with that. First items were fine, second shipment OK, third shipment was bad! It was a lovely dress my daughter wished to wear for a spring concert, but when it came it was like one of those horrible dresses people talk about on DressLily or Sammydress. BUT, I did contact customer service and within a week I had a shipping label and returned the dress for a full refund. I'm kind of nervous to place another clothing order based on that experience, but I can't knock anything else I've received from there yet. Hopefully next time will be 100% positive!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... After waiting a very long time for my order to arrive there were 11 light bulbs missing that clearing were advertised as included from my order... you are unable to call this company and can only email 1 person that ignores your questions. They refused my requests to post the remainder of my order... in the end I gave up as it was impossible to raise an adequate response. Being vintage led bulbs it well and truley left me out of pocket... never again!
I buy two items last week, and they was good... really good as they has descrepted with full free shipping to my counrty except a 2 day delay but that is something normal specialy when it delevry is free. I really like the website and i will buy more item soon i get the money xD.

Wanted to start with quality: I've ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress. The dress was awesome, in the poctures as it was in reality.
Size: you have to be reaaly careful with that. Look at the measurements provided by the site: if it says it is a 10, well, you are getting a 10. Do not order a bigger size. Communicate with Customer Service during the transaction.
Return: I received a bigger size (in fact, the size that I've ordered)that, despite of the beuty of the dress, looked terrible on me (again, the dress itself was BEAUTYFUL and with good quality!) However, with a few emails exchanges, Customer Service took care of the return.
Shippment is OUTSTANDING! Received the dress in less than two weekes, I was able to thoroughly track the package(sent thru DHL).
Overall, I recommend doing business with LightInTheBox, but you need to know what to order upfront, to avoid all the inconveniences.

J'ai commandé plusieurs articles. Je recommande le bustier sur poitrine (corset), l'étole en taffetas et la veste satin de mariage sans problème. J'ai commandé une robe de demoiselle d'honneur, sur mesure: très bonne qualité mais malgré les dimensions fournies, la robe était trop grande, j'ai du refaire retoucher.

I had a problem with one of the items from a recent purchase from LightInTheBox and could not give a favorable review on it. As a result of the review, a ticket was created and the customer service unit quickly responded to resolve the issue. I was completely satisfied with the way they handled the issue and the quick response from them.
Was very cute went perfect with my dress. The material was also good so it was a comfortable wear
Ordered a black dress in 2 sizes, didn't like them, contacted to get a return shipping label. They told me they were custom made for me (not true) so they could not take them back. I have "contacted the supervisor" so we will see if they can figure out how to read. Until then, I would not recommend this site to anyone. Ever.

La página tiene cosas muy bonitas, por lo que me anime a comprar, es mi primera compra y todo los artículos de mi pedido fueron como me los imagine, no tardo mi pedido. En aduana se retuvo mi paquete debido a los aranceles de mi país (México), pero ya sabia que al enviarlo por DHL es normal ese pago de impuestos. En general una buena experiencia que ya me anime hacer otro pedido, y espero seguir comprando en un futuro.
