I am always skeptical of any Chinese website selling very low-cost products. This site has so far been the exception. They have very hard-to-find products that are unique, inexpensive, yet good quality. You rarely get all three and even more rare - GOOD QUALITY. Highly recommend this site.

I brought this for our wedding vow re-affirmation next year it is a beautiful fit if a little longer than in the picture but that could be because i am only 5ft 4 and the model is taller but i am really pleased with my purchase the dress it's self is just as the description says it came well packaged and super fast delivery was surprised how quick it arrived. Would recommend this site to anyone.

I wrote them three times explaining that their so called "tracking" doesn't track anything. A month ago it shows the shipment arriving in San Francisco, and then... nothing. They always respond in broken English saying please check the tracking. Two months total and the items never arrived. Reported it as not arriving, no response. Reversing credit card charges now. What a pain!

They are great.
I ordered a Tub filler, a kitchen faucet, 2 bathroom faucets, a gorgeous chandelier and they all surpased my expectations. The items are and look amazing. Very good quality.
The clothing is hit or miss. If you chose a seller that has a great rating with many purchases, you are good.
Just beware of the duty and shipping charges will be added. However, the cost of the items are so reasonable that even with paying the duty and shipping, you're way ahead.

Since 2 months, I am waiting for a refund on my money for a shipment I have not received. When ordering I specifically asked and PAID for the express delivery which was supposed to take 2-4 days. Since during this time, the shipment was still not received I cancelled the order and have still not received my money back. Customer service keeps closing the tickets online which are the only way for a customer to get in touch with their service representatives. I am not getting any response, nor my money back. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
