1st you have to log in & find your order & then REQUEST a return authorization
Only if you receive a return authorization can items be returned!
HOWEVER My account continued to show no previous orders, & therefore was unable to even request a return authorization! And that was the only way a return could be initiated!
Merchandise cute but very inferior materials! You get what you pay for! If you want cute that doesn't hold up & you CAN't return, then go for it!

В длину блуза коротковата на рост 168 см, пришлось снизу пришить черную в цвет шифоновую полосу шириной 12 см, что придало блузке законченный вид и преемлимую длину. Понравилось, что спереди и сзади имеется подклад из тонкой ткани, что исключает просвечивание. Рукава без подкладки, просвечивают.
