I've only ordered clothing, jewelry and shoes from this site. ~3/4's of the items I've received were good/decent quality and usable. Some were really cute. It's kind of a hit or miss. Some items match the description really well, others, not so much. I have ordered quite a few things from this site, I haven't had any problems with jewelry. I do really like a lot of the styles they offer. Undergarments have been a good buy for me (quality is good).

If you know how to sew, this site could definitely be worth the money you'll save. Clothing with buttons may have the buttons come off in the wash, but are easily fixed. Measurements given on the website are usually pretty on point so pay close attention to those. Small for one item may not be the same size as small for another, but they're usually pretty good at telling you what the actual measurements are so it's easy to figure out if you should order or not. If it wasn't for my customer service experience, I would still shop here.

Customer service can be a hassle to deal with. I've talked with them about their business practice on refunds (they deduct the rewards/coupon savings amount from your refund amount if you send something back, even if you're sending it back because they sent you an incorrect product or one that is an obvious knock off of the item shown on their site). I told them I understand if the order was my own mistake, but if it's by the fault of the company the rewards/coupon savings should not be deducted from a refund. The customer representative, Pinni, that I was dealing with forwarded my suggestion to management and hopefully something will come of that.

I was finally able to resolve my refund complaint after speaking with several customer service representatives over the course of about 2 months. If the process had not been so frustrating and if the initial customer representatives I had dealt with had been more prompt in addressing my concerns, I would still shop with this place.

Basically, if you can sew this place could be worth your money.

Hi all
This company is sham as they do not even provide contact no for communication, you just need to communicate via email. I bought two dress and paid a tax and insurance too and they said they will deliver withing 4 to 5 days, but actually its not right, i received the delivery after two week and still on top they insist me to pay custom duty which two time double then price of the dress then i reject the delivery and sent it back and waiting for the refund and even they said they can only refund 50%, its been a more than two months they did not even refund me a single penny,
So just to let u know all
Do not trust this company.

LightInTheBox is een goede webwinkel,. Ruime keuze. De leveringen zijn altijd correct. De maten van de kledij zijn wat aan de kleine kant, beter altijd een maatje groter nemen. Bij problemen of vragen heb je altijd direct een antwoord in onze eigen taal. Ben best tevreden.

I have used LightInTheBox since August 2013, various orders for various products different amounts. I was never disappointed with the ordering process, the delivery or customer support. While the products come from different suppliers and fill different quality standards, LightInTheBox is the common denominator for standard experience at a price hard to beat. It is obvious I will continue to use them for any products they carry.

Litb is a fine online webshop that fills in gaps in european limit in choice of asian fashion. Always check the sizes of clothes but the site gives good explanation and documentation to enable you to do that easily. Electronics are good and cheap, check your country's standards. 2 thumbs u!

Great product. I love the way it looks, which is exactly as described. The only complaint I have it the amount of duties I had to pay. I understand that this comes with the territory when purchasing things overseas but it still made the purse double the price. Körpergröße weight with me 1.75 ca. 70 kg Order was in the size L and fits great, it's really comfortable to wear. The material is soft and elastic sodas it adapts well to the body. Colors and processing are great, because of poor, belly and füssen are elastic rubber bands sewn sodas fit great.
Also this I would buy again and highly recommend it.

Be aware that you might have to stump up more money to the courier -over £20 more in my case. About half the cost again. Courier said it happened a lot. Refused delivery and asked for refund. Was told they would subtract 50% as handling charge. All this despite paying the extra 'shipping and tax' tick in the box.
My initial attempts to deal with this problem through the contact pages were not successful. However after writing this report I was contacted by a real person and the matter was put right by way of a 'one off' credit of the excess fees. Once I got through to a real person it was dealt with well - thanks.
However, you do need to be aware of additional shipping costs

Being aware of this situation and we'd like to provide better service, so we started Tax Insurance service. As long as customers paid for the Tax Insurance, we'll fully refund the Tax fee to them. LADRONES! Eso es lo que puedo decir. La atencion es PESIMA! Quizas te responden antes de hacer la compra, al momento que ya pagaste y pusiste la plata en su cuenta, OLVIDATE! Queria saber si era necesario que cambiara la direccion de la entrega porque viajaba en los proximos dias y el pedido se estaba tomando mas de lo que pense (y ellos me dijeron) al no recibir respuesta y por miedo a perder el dinero, porque el pedido me iba a llegar a un pais en el que no me encontraba, decidi cancelar el pedido, estupida yo, perdi el dinero igual. NO te lo reembolsan, o al menos, NADIE me contesta nada sobre el asunto, solo me respondieron hace unos dias diciendo que ellos no habian recibido nada, MENTIRA, si pagas por western union, apenas pagas va a su cuenta entonces no es posible retirarla. Asique bueno ingenua yo pensar que eran una compañia seria. Son una mierda, y unos tremendos LADRONES. NO COMPREN!

Mi experiencia con esta empresa me deja medianamente satisfecha, por principio los productos tardaron mas de lo esperado en llegar, dijeron 20 dias habiles y no fue así. Me dieron fecha de envío del 21 de enero y como tardaban en llegar solicité información a lo que me dijeron llegarian a mas tardar el 20 de marzo. Llego la fecha, no así el producto, el que recibí hasta el 19 de abril. En cuanto a los productos, solicité tres, dos de los cuales son tal cual se ven en la imagen, el tercero, un arete para toda la oreja en forma de gecko, no me quedó, publican dimension total y es importante aclaren dimension desde el poste hasta la curvatura de la cola que es la dimension efectiva para saber si me queda. Otro detalle es que (quiero pensar) en el traslado se dobló el poste. He de aclarar que cuando solicité información me atendieron de manera oportuna.
