They sent me a WRONG item, and on top of it it was BROKEN too! I sent it back to them 2 months ago, and since then I am fighting for refund. There are no any explanations, or debates on this issue, there is NO reason to delay with the refund, as it is entirely their fault!
2 months later they eventually refunded HALF of what I've paid. Since then I am trying to contact them via their ill "ticket system", but no response for the last 10 days!
They are scammers, who must be shut down.

I ordered my items (dresses for a trip) on the 24th of February. Still have not gotten my items. So I made contact today and asked for a update. I was told that my order cannot be completed and shipped due to high demand. However, the items should arrive to the warehouse in 4-7 working days. My issue with this is I would think someone could of at least notified me when I purchased these items. Or at the very least have out of stock on the item when I was shopping. Now I am in need of these items before the 17th of March for my trip. Don't really want to cancel my order but if they do not arrive for the purpose of the purchase then I don't need them. And will not be making any other purchases through this website again. Which is sad because I was referred to this site by a friend.

Rediculous. I'm all for trying out new websites but this is the worse with the most horrible customer service ever. I bought a $70 flower girl dress for my daughter... It was suppose to be ivory. I had gotten the correct dress but the wrong color... I have fought with them for the past week telling them I only want to exchange it for what I ordered. They claim it is what I ordered... They told me that they will charge a restocking fee of 30% of my order. And then I would have to repurchase the dress. I refuse to use this website again... so much for the customer is always right. All I wanted was to exchange the WHITE dress for the IVORY I bought. Ive even tried explaining the dress should not look identical to a sheet of paper

I received what I needed and the product appears to be a good quality and definitely a good value. This site is Chinese which is unclear from the site. I bought a bike part that I could not find anywhere else. It arrived 15 days after the promise date.
I ordered my husband a type of fit bit watch on January 31st to hopefully be received by Feb 21st. The order didn't even process and ship until Feb 7th. Then it said 10-18 business days to ship and I looked up the tracking number and it was coming from Hong Kong China. If I would've known that too begin with I would've said absolutely not. So then Feb 21st passed by with nothing. Then here it is the end of Feb and still nothing. So I contacted Light in the Box through a ticket, and they made an excuse saying the courier was extremely busy and please wait a couple more days and contact us if you don't receive it by March 17th! You mean 45 days after I ordered? No way! My order shipped on Feb 7th so please tell me how a courier is too busy to take my item to an air port in the same city. This place is a joke. Not only that, but I looked up the courier itself and almost 1\2 of the people who used the courier said they never received their package. I think they are covering up something. I told them I didn't want this package, and I want a full refund. What a joke.

I stupidly ordered a watch and this got lost and yes they did refund me for the first one, then i really stupidly ordered a replacement which they sent me something totally different. Then they tried to tell me that they have already refunded me Guess what no you havnt and your customer service is absolutely pathetic.
So dont do it. Yes they may be good once but subsequent orders look out.

This website not only delivers as promised but their prices are amazing and their products are wonderful!
They are situated in China (I'm in Canada) and they charge me in Canadian funds (no shipping charges) and they deliver to my door within two weeks!

I ordered a ski helmet for an upcoming ski trip. To make sure that I received it in time, I paid extra to have it delivered within 5-12 days. It is now 4 weeks since I ordered, and did not received the item. All they said when I complained was that I should be patient. And they refused to reimburse me, claiming that they will do it only when I send the item back (how can I do it when I never received it). Never had such problems with aliexpress ot dx.com. I made the mistake of ordering something from here with a prepaid gift card. The item never arrived. I had to FIGHT with them to give me credit on the site since I no longer had access to the gift card. Finally got the credit, bought something else, arrived and was 2 sizes too small, had to pay out of my own pocket to return it. Bought something else, it arrived, but is nothing like the pics or description and I wasn't going to waste more money to return them. Used to last couple of dollars to buy some fancy hair pins, and they never arrived.
These vendors basically steal your money. Butthe worst part is that LITB does NOTHING about it, does not protect us as customers. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! Worst mistake I ever made.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
