I just received my very first order with Lightinthebox. It was an expensive smartphone and I had doubts about placing the order or not, however after checking only positive reviews I decided I should I give it a try and I didn't felt sorry for that for a minute! The delivery time was fast, and customer service is nice and friendly, always professional and knowledgebale. Guys you know how to please a customer! If there would be 10 starts I would rate 10 without any doubts! I recommend you to all my friends!
Correspondence from Canada... but ships SLOW from CHINA... crap from China NEVER FITS... normally a 2x, ordered a 4x... doesn't fit! No email, no phone number!
Same as other customers. They take the money out of your account first thingn then they tell you your order can't be processed due to stock shortage... and give ypou a credit note rather than a refund.

I ordered my lingerie on 2/1/17 for Valentine's Day holiday. It did not arrive until march 3rd. It was SO small. I had read the sizing and normally wear a ladies XL and adjusted to a 4XL per their provided sizing chart. When the pieces came they were so small the piece fit my thigh. They refused to return and when I called BS they said they would make a exception and would refund me $8 of my $20 purchase. I shopped the pieces back and never got a credit when I emailed them they said I have a LIGHT IN THE BOX CREDIT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SO SORRY.

Ordered my products over 2 weeks now and finally the shipment came out of China into Miami and still has a delivery date of 5 days away. Which is 2 days past my vacation so guess what. My package is worthless! Lies on website says 5-8 days, too bad I didn't realize it was China $#*!

They estimated I would get this package in 11-17 days. It has now been over 40 days and I have not gotten this package. When I have written them, they give me back a canned response. This company is a rip off. Do not order from them

Save yourself from being robbed like I was! In January 2017 I ordered a pair of light up shoes for my son and here it is the month of March and I still have not received my shoes and have no money back am so disgusted. This company is nothing but a scam and is run by thieves!

Very sneaky company. They charge you up front for the shipping fees and then they won't deliver the package unless you pay more duty and taxes to make it across the Canadian border. When i emailed them, then they send me a reimbursement. But it meant i had to take time off and wait for the delivery company to drop off the package because i had to sign and pay for it. When I tried to cancel it, they extorted me by saying i was better to accept the reimbursement and this effort because otherwise they'd hit me with another shipping charge to send it back. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again.

I ordered some personalized items for my wedding on 2/14 and still have not received my package. Last I looked the package made it thru customs in CA (I live in CA) then went to Illinois? Makes no sense. I emailed customer service and they won't help me for 3 more days, so I'm still waiting. Very frustrating

My boyfriend ordered a headset for me a month and a half ago, tracking said it was received a month ago and still no headset. Do not order from this site unless you like to gamble with your money. I have ordered from places all over the world INCLUDING CHINA, as well as sent packages and it never took longer than 2 weeks. Busy is no excuse. Now the fight begins for a refund. This is apparently how they make their money and it's likely any positive reviews are faked. Worst company ever. Will stick to Amazon from now on and you should do the same.

And if you don't cancel (in a time frame BEFORE you're aware there's a problem) you lose up to 75% of what you paid. I will never purchase from them again, they use delaying tactics when you contact them, and they give false tracking info where you cannot track your items. EVERYTHING comes up with A "Customs" problem, even before shipped. Seriously? Yes, annoyingly so. They are soaking up sales money, not delivering timely and making it cost more to return anything - than it's worth. This is a scam site as far as I'm concerned, and there is no getting your money back - even if they give a refund, they keep too much for problems of their own making. These guys are truly LAUGHING all the way to the bank. Don't be convinced. They pump up their own internet reviews and fight to have bad ones taken down.

I recently ordered a dress for my granddaughter and although I new it would take some time to receive the order, I ordered it anyway. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering with the wrong dress, wrong color, and wrong size. Trying to contact them to see what needs to be done has been impossible. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
