Was supposed to receive an item 2 two 3 business days expedited shipping they told me thrusday one week later called again then they told me monday. Thats problably why they have no phone number. Im pissed off bc i needed the item for my show i wish i would have read the reviews
I have ordered twice from this site and each time the order is extremely late. They claim 11 to 18 days delivery when in fact is close to 40 days.
I am enclosing here so people know what the real delivery time is. It is 3 times more than what they claim.

I ordered a faucet on Wed 5/17/17 and paid $13 for expedited shipping that guarantees the item will be received within 2-3 business days. Monday was day 3 and I hadn't received the item. The website isn't user-friendly and there's no customer service phone number; you have to email. I inquired where my order was and suggested I would cancel it if there was a shipping problem. The response was that delivery takes a week! Unfortunately, I had to go out and buy another faucet because I needed the item quicker than a week. Finally, on 5/25 my package was delivered WITH CUSTOMS FORMS attached to it from China! The website never indicates products are shipped from China. Upon opening the package, I realized that the faucet had a greenish hue that isn't visible in the picture on the website. Again I contacted customer service via email to say I needed to return the item. I also asked that my shipping charge be refunded since the item wasn't delivered in the time they promised. After many back and forth emails, they instructed me to return the package which costed me $16. Ultimately, they refunded the price of the item but did nothing about the nearly $30 in shipping fees I incurred. Would NEVER buy from them again! Horrible customer service!

Over 2 months ago I bought car radio in this site. Product was in EU magazine. After 3 days they "shipped" package, and send me tracking number. From over 2 months is still the same firstly event - "Shippment is pre-alerted", so this mean that form this 2 months product was not shipped from magazine.
Yearstaday I write to staff to received my money back. THEY WRITE TO MY I MUST WAIT 2 MONTHS MORE. This is not acceptable! TODAY I OPEN DISPUTE ON PAYPAL.

Wow, their shipping and handling is atrocious! Both products arrived broken and in damaged boxes. It cost me way too much to ship them back for an exchange, and then the new item was even worse than the first. I wish I looked up review before purchasing!

We ordered couple of wedding dresses from this company, they immidiately charged the money from credit card but refused to ship the items. They asked for the copy of passport, credit card, and driving license which made me suspicious. After checking their reviews I have requested for a refund. Till today (after more than a year) they have not refunded the money. I contacted them more than dozen of times. My advice is to never ever come close to these scammers.

My first two parcels arrived well in time where I paid paid shipment cost which was higher than the product cost. But my third parcel which was of a higher amount in which also I paid insurance and shipment cost has not reached me. After 20days wait they asked me to wait for 10 days then another 10days and now 60days. Nothing received so far. They now not even responding to me on my raised ticket. I just need my money back.

I ordered something on June 10th/11th I can't remember now that it's July 17th. I paid for 6-8 business day delivery and it obviously never arrived. I complained and they said 98% arrive within 35 days. Now that day 37 has come around I continued messaging but I expect nothing to come out of it. Also they have an automated system that replies generic things about your situation, they actually sent me the exact same message twice in the same conversation. I would strong recommend nobody uses this site unless you want to lose your money and receive nothing in return.

Found this website and thought hey they would be cute for flower girl dresses. I ordered one but when it came in it was black and completely the wrong size. I ordered another one for the wedding the same day so it would come inon the right day and the dress also was the wrong size. I had to complete another one and finally got the right size. The dresses being made to order i only was able to get half of my money back, for the two dresses that were wrong which really sucked. But also on the day of the wedding my second flower girls zipper broke we had to pin it together. Very dissatisfied with their service and when i contacted customer service it took them two weeks to respond. These dresses are cheaply made i do not suggest ordering from this website.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
