I bought several items of clothing, having carefully checked the size charts and gone up a size just in case... Not one of the items was as pictured. All were way too short (the "long cardigan" barely reached my waist!) and close inspection of their pictures showed actual design differences. I sent an email and was asked to provide photos. This I did. I was then told to send the items back to Poland(?) for a refund, which would be considered when they received the goods back and checked they were unworn, etc (Do I see another get-out clause there?) I went to the Post Office to discover the postage to Poland would be £12+. More good money after bad? So I complained. They said I should have looked at the sizing charts (which I had). I got told to read their return policy. It states: "We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees." So I have asked them to pay the shipping fees as everything I got was not as described. We shall see...
Easy ordering & payment. Good information on delivery status. Good follow up in case items are not received (happened only once in 3 years).

After promising to fully refund, Rebecca DID NOT. After questioning LIB why they did not refund their reply was to close my complaint with no explanation for the broken promise. Do not do business with this company

Worst customer service ever. Products good. But they don't care about you any problems with product use a ticket system they have setup takes 24 hrs to respond and they use delay tactics. They closed a ticket on me and situation was not settled.

I ordered a homecoming dress from them. I measured just as they showed on the site, and ordered the dress that matched the measurements according to their size chart. The site plainly stated the item would ship 5-7 days and the shipping would take 2-3 days. The dress arrived 18 days after the date I ordered it. The dress was HUGE. Not even CLOSE to the measurements on the size chart. I didn't have time to return it for their ONE TIME resizing service, which costs the amount to ship it back and forth, and they would not give me a refund. This place is a joke. It would have been one thing if the dress would have been a little big... it was so big, that alterations couldn't fix it, because the appliques on the dress would have gotten in the way of the seam it had to be taken up so much. Don't order from them... it is not worth the risk.

I ordered this item and several other on 30/6/2017 and still have not received them. I contact customer service and they told me to check the tracker which clearly shows that the item didn't arrive in Australia. They asked me to check with Australia Post who have confirmed in writing that the package never left China and I have sent this evidence through but the I still get the same response: check the tracker or local post office. They haven't been helpful at all and have given me no proof from there end of any postal confirmations. Not good enough.

I'm happy with my purchase from lightinthebox. At first, I was hesitant about ordering from this website because I'm not a fan of online shopping and returning anything seems like a real hassle. But I gave it a try anyway because price was very reasonable. I was not disappointed.
The only reason why I give a 4 star is because some item descriptions lack detail. For example some dress would have hollow to floor indicated while others don't. This makes buying decision difficult as there's not enough info about the product. Also, I would really like to see lightinthebox improve their website for better shopping experience. For example, I believe it'll be absolutely helpful if a feature can be added so that when choosing a colour for any piece of clothing it would trigger the picture to display that particular colour instead of having 1 static colour.
So, I never received the correct items but LIB.com did refund me for the cost of the items I didn't receive. I'm just saddened that I didn't have a better experience than I did, and I have found a site that meets my needs. Nice items--I think they just don't exist when it comes to ordering them. I'm satisfied that I'm refunded for the items I didn't receive but now I'm stuck with three sweaters (boys) that I can do nothing with.
They do, however, try to be accommodating through customer service, and I don't know if there's a breakdown in communication between the ordering process and the shipping process, but orders are NEVER right.
With that said, BUYER BEWARE!

So, LIB contacted me and acted all professional and Tammy emphatically stated they'd send me the correct items and apologized for the mistake. Well... items arrived today and still the order is incorrect! I'm so sick of dealing with this bootleg site and I'll work to have them SHUT DOWN! It's a ripoff and I can't understand for the life of me why I ordered two sweaters--one gray, one yellow--for my granddaughter and both times the items shipped I've received BLUE boy's sweaters! Ugh, my disgust is through the roof right now!
I have purchased a lot of LightInTheBox and have always been very well attended, the products always arrived as advertised and with good quality, I recommend.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
