The dress is one of the most beautiful dresses I've come across. For a 5'1", 122 lb, US 32B woman such as myself, the waist is a bit loose on the Girls' Size 16 dress, which is great if you're looking for a modest fit. They're exactly like in the photos!

Buy some pair of shoe from this web and cost too much fro shipping fee, but they said some of my item is out of stock, then they just refund the money for that item but the shipping cost for it they did not refund.

I order a phone from them on Aug 19 2017 (DOOGEE BL5000 5.5 Android 7.0 4G Phone with 4GB RAM 64GB ROM MT6750T Octa-Core 13.0MP Dual Rear Camera Lens USD $156.19) we are on Sept 14 2017.So far no phone, contacted DHL and they said the phone returned back to Hong Kong now im hoping to get my money back, I am very disappointed and frustrated about the shady way they do business. People avoid lightinthebox.com for your own good!

After 2-3 followups from the light in the box team, they have decided to get me a refund. Let's see what happens after few days, I get my amount back or not.

Finally got a refund after trying since beginning of August to work this out, now they want me to edit the review, somy experience with this company is not good, I do appreciate the refund finally but it should not be this complicated to fix an issue with an item that is damaged
It started with getting charged additional duty fees even when they were previously paid. I ordered 3 items 2 of them were great and working the 3 was broken. I contacted customer service and they responded 3 days later asking me to send pictures of whats not working. After sending pictures they asked me to send the object back with a number for the return that they will provide. They never sent me the number after asking 2 more times for the number i contacted paypal. Paypal told me to send it back with a tracking but to send the item back with tracking is over the price of my order so i sent my return with signature. Now i will not get a refund for an item that does not work and had to pay extra fees for a broken item because there is no way to track the item. I have copy of my receipt for the return but that is not enough. I would not order from this company

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
