Months ago returned a pair of shoes for a larger size, still waiting. I folloed there directions and they list my case as closed. I keep writing and asking for exchange with no results. Can't reach a human and no number can be found for personal contact. I wasted more time and money for return shipping than the product cost. Horrible customer service!

Awful shop. I bought a phone there Xiaomi mi4c that was listed as new. I got a refurbished phone of terrible quality. All IMEI (on phone, on label and box was different, not new screen). I opened the dispute via PayPal and pay shipping cost to send it back. After all they add me to black list, so i cant buy any more. If you like lying and cheating - its your shop!

We ordered a dress online. What arrived was a total rip off. The material was worse then what we would use as lining fabric. The beading was worse then what is in my kids craft kit. There was no boning as advertised. Very poor craftsmanship. Customer service is automated, and claimed from pictures that what was seen was what they deemed to be accepted. I requested for expedited shipping and the payment was received on november 5 however it showed that the estimated shipping date is november 18. I sent inquiries and request for cancellations twice to check if the the delivery is indeed too long. It was confirmed in the complaint tickets. But the customer service fully refunded my purchases including some international fees charged to my card.

If it wasn't true it would be laughable. My review stands and if anything it reinforces what a bunch of dodgy operatives these guys are - my review was honest and I WILL NOT be changing it and lie, in order for you to do the right thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I am very dissatisfied having been told that I have to pay extra for import charges not factored in by Lightinthebox, only to be told I should have bought an 'insurance' type product. These guys do this for a living and urge others to avoid the poor delivery and service experience we have had, and shop elsewhere.
This company is ran by automated messagebots. Stay far far away from it.
I ordered two usb adapters in July but did not receive the goods. In August I asked about the goods and got an standard message that the goods could be delayed. In September I asked again and got the same message... I told them to read their messages and... got the same message back as before.
I messaged a supervisor and got a response that I could get a refund or my goods. But before I could answer the ticket was close and marked solved.
Solved? I opened three tickets now and everytime it's solved with the same crappy message. They don't even read it.

Update: order arrived on 7.11 all intact. The bulbs themselves didn't fit initially in the housing so I needed to do some manual adjustment, but that, s not seller's fault. Products as described and good quality. Ordered a pair of Led car headlights... Big mistake. Initially on the site was written that shipping time will be 5 to 8 work days. Order was shipped on 29.09.2017. I contacted customer service on 28.10.2017 asking why my order is still not present. The answer was that shipping time is 38 days. Today I submitted another ticket and they told me that due to postal shipping it could go up to 60 days! Asked to be dirrected to supervisor or teamleader. Will see how it goes! My advise is check all info provided before ordering.

They send sub standard goods, told me to return the goods, which is in writing on their ticket system and they would refund me the goods value and the return postage. Cost me £87 pounds to return and now they are refusing to repay the postage cost.

I have ordered goods which were shipped on August 5th. I have paid for expedite courier and insurance charges.
However light in the box has sent the parcel by a regular sweden postal service which has no facility for tracking
Over a period of 3 months I have generated several complaints and tickets to track the courier and even ask for a refund. First I was aksed to wait upto October 9 and now I am being asked to wait till Nov 17.
I am repeatedly demanded a refund. Firstly they have sent the package through normal post whereas I paid for an expeditie courier. Secondly the parcel is extremely delayed and it has been delayed beyond 90 days and yet I am being asked to be patient.
Never am I ordering from this site. Would suggest nobody else does.

Update: After writing this review LightintheBox customer support contacted me and offered a refund which I accepted and received. Some days later my the tracking showed that the package was stopped at the customs and sent back to China.

Horrible Customer Support, package didn't even leave Asia and they won't do an investigation or send my money back, at first I got answer to report back in a number of days and now after that time has passed they just continue replying with unrelated default answers. Absolute waste of time and money! I even paid more to get my product shipped faster!
This company is a scam. I placed and order, lightinthebox processed my payment, and after 10 days they decided to cancel my order for no reason. They also never sent a confirmation email but inundated my inbox with advertising emails. So their emails were clearly coming through. There were the worst experience with online shopping in my life. They charged for delivery 13 eur and then when item arrived to Ireland DHL wanted 25 eur! Vat for backpack worth 35 eur. They charged Vat for both item + shipping with robber rate. If you don't pay vat you need to pay for shipping to sender or leave just like that with no payment. But you don't have anything. I tell you avoid extra cost and leave them to deliver local. Never more this is completely nonsense.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
